I completely agree - from a scientific model, this is FAR more efficient AND fair than the "everyone bunch up at the registers and hope you don't get behind the lady that wants to open a credit account" theory. I WISH my Target had done this. It was absolutely insane there today - I agree with whoever said that it was the worst they'd ever seen it in many years. Same situation here - apparently the police were called shortly after we were able to FINALLY check out. We also had chaos even getting into the store. People completely disregarding the line that went around part of the parking lot TWO times, cutting in line as the doors were open, etc. Target needs to assess their crowd management techniques, and educate all their managers appropriately. Nuts nuts nuts.

From Circuit City, I picked up 2 of the HP A618 photo printers for the ILs. $49.99, each, down from $179.99/each. The two of them, plus tax, came to $60 less than one! And the best part? Don't have to deal with CC today!

I was able to pick up several things today online at their advertised BF price. Nothing huge or DoorBuster style (a few v.smile games, some colorwonder packs, etc), but enough to qualify for free shipping AND help me possibly avoid the store tomorrow. A few additional items I'm interested in are listed on the site at their BF ad prices, but are listed as temporarily unavailable online. So, who knows!!!

Thanks!!! I'm not really after any big ticket items (the most coveted item is selling for what, $7? LOL!) I would just love to avoid TRU entirely. It's the wrong direction from all the other stores AND it's always a zoo (ours is a TINY TINY store).

Anyone know if, when an item says this, if this means it's because it's sold out online or is it because it hasn't been released at the BF price point yet? My son would love the Ben 10 Omnitrix and the Nintendo DS game, but both list temporarily unavailable. TRU is in the completely opposite direction from the rest of my BF stops, and I'm not sure it's worth the trip for just a few items. Any help deciphering what TRU means by this would be greatly appreciated!
