I'll be at BB by 8pm Thursday........then have to hit Sears after BB.....then work from 8-2pm at Lowes.....then class reunion at 7pm Friday night 60 miles away......then work at Lowes from 12pm to 9pm on Saturday.......just kill me now! lol

if it's a BB BF, then it's 2 folding chairs, a blanket, warm clothes, a thermos of coffee and credit cards. Although this year we're buying BB gift cards to use from a grocery store that's knocking 20 cents per gallon off of the price of gas for every $50 gift card you buy. That'l lwork out to $1.60 per gallon off the price per gallon of gas!!!

BB has always had at least as many items as they claim on their ad. 2 years ago, we were 30th in line and got the last of the tickets for the 20 desktops at $199 (some people in front of us didn't buy them). They had gotten more than 20 of them, but added some extra stuff and were selling the other 1's for $299. You'd had thought the lady behind us was going to have a stroke over it! But they did sell 20 for the advertised price. It was their right to do what they did. I think most people who have bad tastes over BB on BF are the 1's who just don't get there early enough. It is a zoo, and they could do a better job policing the crowd, but I'd honestly fear for my life if I worked there on BF. Some customers are just animals

I'd like to know why e-machines get such a bad rap. We have 3, the 1 I'm on right now is 4 years old and running great, but will be relegated to the basement office when I get the $197 package from BB this year. Are they basic especially at this price? absolutely, but I'd rather choose my upgrades than have them put into a computer by someone who thinks they know what I want or has an overstock on some components.......but that's just me I guess. Oh, and the $27 1gb memory deal they have in the BF ad is a smokin good price as an instant upgrade.

2 years in a row I've seen tickets confiscated and people booted for doing this at our local BB....personally I think it's as wrong as the people who show up and jump the line where their friends are(always ahead of us) Best Buy needs to do a better job. A porta-potty and a table with coffee would cost them next to nothing and enormously increase the good pr they'd get.

We picked up a Toshiba 2 BF's ago from Best Buy for $399. Spent another $100.00 for extra memory and the thing has been a great computer....no problems at all (knock on wood). This year we're getting 1 for the daughter for college next year and hard to imagine, but might be cheaper than the Toshiba!
