I had this same question and asked the girl at my local store. She said it could be used once online and once in the store. Not only that but after I had used it online and in the store, she marked it as used in the AE store and told me I could go next door to the Aerie store and use it there as well (which I did ). I have used mine both online and in the store ever since and have never had a problem. HTH.

If you have a Ross or TJ Max they have Juicy stuff there at great discounts. Last week mine had some Juicy purses and sunglasses. HTH.

I used the 20% off last night and it worked. When I put it in now it says it is redeemable between May 14, 2008 and June 26, 2008. Since it is June 26th I don't know why it isn't working. Maybe you could call the order in?

They say in stock for me too, but after they are added to my cart and I go to checkout it says "Due to overwhelming response for Mambaz by Crocs Women's Beach Clog, inventory has been reduced to 0. I did this deal at 2 different Kmarts, both times with extra coupons. I didn't have any trouble. The shelves were actually fully stocked and everything rung up correctly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I don't usually go to Kmart because they are always out of all the sale items. I guess I finally got lucky for once.:)
