  4. I've been to Walmart twice today! lol For right now they are putting pallets of blitz items up top out in the lawn and garden section.
  5. I bought my tom tom gps yesterday. They assured me they would price adjust if it was in fact in the black friday ad! I love how they can't confirm anything even though they know whats in it! lol

  14. Here is one I really like! Peppermint Patties 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract 4 cups confectioners' sugar 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips 2 teaspoons shortening In a large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk and peppermint extract. Beat in enough confectioners' sugar, a little at a time, to form a stiff dough that is no longer sticky. Form into 1 inch balls, then place on waxed paper and flatten with fingers to form patties. Let patties dry at room temperature two hours, turning once. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with shortening, stirring often. Remove from heat. Dip patties, one at a time, into chocolate by laying them on the tines of a fork and lowering the fork into the liquid. Let cool on waxed paper until set.

  16. I still remember going with my mom when I was younger. We would hit shopko first for all there freebies at the door then head to jc penney's for the snow globes. Oh to be young again and only care about the freebies given away at the door!

What would be your #1 piece of advice to someone totally new to Black Friday? Take along a friend! 3. Besides offering great deals, what else can a store do to get you to shop there on BF? Freebies as your walk in the door, door prize drawings.

  20. Just got back from the cr, ia store. All the toys were 75% off. my dvd player was still stashed but I decided to pass on it after reading all the reviews. But I did pick up a few things. I think my duaghter is pretty much set for her birthday and for christmas. They still had like 5 Biscuits and 3 smores left and a couple smart cycles.
  21. Just got back. No movement in toys. But I finally got my double stroller for 75% off and a car seat protector for 75% off. Those are the 2 things I have been waiting for.
