While Walmart advertises they are reducing prices on 10000-15000 items(called Rollbacks),Target is doing it too,but "secretly"(for lack of a better word). Secretly because Targets are not advertising thier 10000plus price reductions,they know the customers will find them Also the items in Target's 10000 price reductions are NOT randomly selected items like Walmart. Target's items are items that Walmart carrys and priced lower than Walmart's price.
