  1. I hate to say it, but I hang up and call back until I get someone I can understand.
  2. Agree with some of the other comments. Been a dish network customer for over 10 years, and I would consider myself a happy customer overall. I have had some truly great experiences w/ customer service and some that were horrendous, and when they goof...Oh my, major headaches can ensue. I would love to make use of this deal, but the thought of giving them direct access to funds freaks me out.
  3. I've never once even considered going shopping on BF....This lap top deal just may get me out there and in line!
  4. To those who have ordered from them before, How's the quality/flavor of the meat? Also, I have been hesitant to order in the past as I've heard they are pretty ruthless about sales calls once you've ordered, is this true, anyone experience this before? Thanks...
