I went on Sunday and ended up having to go to customer service but they honored it. I stopped by today to pick up other items and the shelf was empty. Clearance has been....trying to think of a nice word....crap

if I am buying to return something purchased earlier at a higher price, I use a different credit card. This won't help you this time, but maybe next time

the squinkies are the single packs. I found a Minnie Mouse, a Nemo, 101 Dalmation...I guess they were all Disney ones. I went thru a bin of them looking for the stock # and then scanned to verify. The legos that were with the valentine stuff last week (in bags) all rang up full price.

Found an entire endcap in girls clothes that had socks, slipper socks, tights for 90% with no sign. The squinkies that were 90% has stock number (by upc code) starting with a "3". The ones with stock number starting with a"2" rang up full price.

a few months ago, I found Ovaltine with a sale sign in front of it that was about $2 off. I scanned it and it was regular price. I made sure the name, oz, and everything matched and then took a picture with my cell and went up to customer service to check out and showed her the picture. She honored the price and called someone to take the sign down (from the empty shelf!)

a worker (not even the one I was talking to) said no 90% but I know better. They said that for valentine's day so I didn't show up first thing in the morning and my stash for next year is so small. I get the small little toys for goodie bags for DD class. They appreciate it so much! Dropping DD off at school at 8 am and then to Target!

dollar spot was 70% including some minnie mouse socks & thomas the train cups & bowls candy was 10%, 30%, & 50% (I scanned to be sure) found puffs for 70% which is great since we just received a message from DD teacher asking for clorox wipes, tissue, & anti-bacterial hand gel that monster cereal, boo-berry and whatever they call the strawberry & choc ones were 50%. Bought 1 of each not much of anything else that caught my attention

toys were still 30-50% here in central Florida. I did come across some of the summer stuff that was 90% last week. I went to customer service and asked if they'd sell it to me since INF and the guy said he didn't know why it was still on the floor but he'd sell it to me.

I was happy to find the glow stuff 50% off. They had glow wands, packs of stars, glasses, bugs, bouncy balls, etc. It was with the other summer 50% stuff. Also found a few 70% clothing items in the area with your local sports team stuff. Toy clearance does not look good here. Not much that caught my attention and I have 2 younger kids! It used to be that I'd go to Staples because it was next to Target, now I go to Target because it is next to Staples. How sad! Great deals at Staples this week
