They do have some cool chair for college apartments (college girl speaking!! lol) there is a chair I want too!!! I'm going to go check on it next week after I get paid. My fingers are crossed its on sale cheap!! Last time I went I got some pens and pencils for like $0.88 a pack. they didn't have much left..and the garden stuff has been GONE for a longgg time.. I did get awesome deal on all the longer length tanks though.

I'm with all of you on that... I agree it will hurt their sales.. I know of many who couldn't afford the holidays in any other way. I told my mom this and she was upset. I'm anxious to see if they REALLY follow thru with it. Let's see what happens. I'm sure they will get MANY complains. we should start a petition!! hehe :)

wow that is a cool idea! Nice of them to be willing to help out when most places don't want to deal with their customers on BF and are kinda rude at least from my past experiences.

I think mark downs vary a lot depending on your area. I was at work today and saw that the mailman delivered some extra % off clearance marketing materials, so I'm not sure when but we might be running that promotion again. Also we have coupons for $10 of purchase of $50 or more that are good Sept. 23-Oct. 15 if anyone wants one let me know via PM on here and I'll mail you one or a couple...

lol that maybe why... Things like that seem to go on clearence much quicker for those of us who live in the states where our weather will soon be getting cold (like here in Illinois). My target had the dorm furniture on clearance too but the items I had been watching were all gone...

I work at Old Navy... and its true.. most of the stores in areas where the weather will soon be getting cold we are "price killing" summer stuff.. $0.97 cents... is what we marked ALL tanks/anything sleeveless in our store... also MANY men's graphic T's and Polo's are going $1.97 at our store Stores usually do markdowns on Mondays. I'll keep you all posted!! :)

I just got home from Target.. I hit up the clearance stuff too!! I stocked up on long length tanks..they were $2.48 I love 'em!! I also got several school items for only $1 awesome deals on back to school clearance!!

I know the university here will supply instructors with such software.. so I would def. look into it at the school you teach at.. they might be able to hook you up with a copy.. I dunno each school might be different. but its worth a shot.

Do you know anyone who attends a state university.? Most universities have a contract with Microsoft, as well as many other companies, and allow students to purchase the software MUCH cheaper! For example here at Southern Illinois University we can purchase it for only $10.

The only way i know how to get those is buy spending a certain amount in the store...

You lucky ducks!! I went to my target on Tuesday... but most of the clearence was looking pretty slim...already picked over... I did get some kitty treats on clearance though but no luck on anything else...
