  1. where do I enter the discount code? I have a bitty baby in my cart, but at the last page and still don't see the field to enter it. TIA!

When you click on shopping bag, you should see a white box in the upper right hand corner that says: Enter key code or promotional code (optional): Enter it there. If that box doesn't show up, try logging out of your account and then when you go to sign back in, below your username and password, the box for the key code should show up and you can enter it there, Hope that helps!

  2. awesome - thank you! I got 5 cradles (stocking up for gifts) and 2 tea sets for $19.90 shipped! I know the reviews on this cradle aren't good but I just bought DD the matching bunk beds and crib by this brand and they seem very high quality so I am not too worried. The crib I got actually is called "Dreamtime" on etoys but in the packaging you see that it is made by My Twinn....
  3. I am very happy with the TAG we got and the boys (6 & 4) love it. I am so happy I read and took the advice of someone here on GD who recommended getting TAG school version, as it holds 25 books at once versus the 5 that the regular version holds. Once he found the correct website, DH had no trouble downloading all the books very quickly. You can have the pen read the books in 2 ways - one way is to touch the spot on each page that will have it read everything all at once, and the other way is to touch each word one at a time, which I prefer them to do and which they enjoy. hth!
  4. I wish I could find the other ones to go with it. Not just these two.

lol.... I wish I could find the others too... IN MY HOUSE! DS6 and DS4 love this thing but DD1 keeps making off with the characters and now 3 of them have been missing for months!

(I guess they are too cute and look like "doll dolls" to her!) :)

  5. i got this at the $29.99 price and it will be here tuesday...if someone gets it before then..can you tell me if it comes in the orginal box...(my ups man comes late in the evening) so if shows and comes in the orginal box....i got to warch close for it so my dd's don't see it. thanks in advance :D

The cottage is heavy, but packed tightly and the box is smaller than you'd expect (you have to assemble it). I got it from amazon last year and it arrived in a big brown box like most amazon stuff so no one knew what was in there.

  6. How about remote controlled models?

I Have built a R/C Plane before and it take some time to build it.

They Also have boats and ship's all made of balsa wood.

Just make sure he does not super glue his fingers together or to the wood.

But don't worry the make stuff for that too.:)

funny! Thanks for the great ideas!

  7. I want to buy my daughter one of these dolls for her 8th birthday...but I am not sure she understands the cost/caring of these dolls....I don't know how young girls play with them, but to me (because of the price) I would think it just sits on a shelf somewhere....it doesn't go with you in the bath tub.

    What's the scoop?

Well, my daughter is too young yet to play with the bigger dolls but she loves Bitty Baby and whenever there is a sale I collect various items for her for the future. You will see how great the quality is and how well they hold up. Worst case scenario, you can always send the doll into the "hospital" and for about $30 it will come back good as new. The educational value of the historical dolls is great!
