I ordered first week December - a Hard drive for son . I get an email on December 22nd saying they're cancelling the order now due to unavailability. They will credit my account in 3-5 business days.
Sigh.

called bank , had to open up a claim and their legal department is going to investigate it after I fax the info they send to me back to the legal dept.
They said they would " Temparily credit " my account the amount .

I received shipment notification same day- says mine is out for delivery now .

I could not find a number - have had to do all contact through email and that took a week to get a response of any kind. (6 emails and finally got one).

Put in a disputed charge notice with your credit card company right away!
I tried to call mine earlier but call reps were not available at this time of night, I am tomorrow morning though. Its my Debit card- my local bank.
I even sent a snapshot of my cache showing the order LOL.. , waiting on the latest response now from them...

well, I have to say I am pretty p:mad:ssed off with this company.. after MANY attempts to get an answer as why I haven't received mine yet but they charged my card last week asap and never confirmed my order. They're trying to DENY I ordered at all!
This is a gift for my 15 yr old ... now , what to do....I will never buy from them their customer service is a freaking nightmare.

Ps my order does not show up in my account that was set up when I orderd it . Now their emailing me wanting the order # . WTH. They do not read apparently, due to their own glitch on their end I never received crap - just that it was taken from my account. GRRR

we use to do cookies ALONG time ago, but we have a big family dinner on XMAS eve and once when the kids were setting out the cookies my aunt (a dentist) "Maybe we should make Santa a plate, because he needs real food instead of always getting cookies from every house which can make his teeth rot out" so thats what they did and Santa left them a wonderful letter about how happy he was to get such a hearty meal since he couldnt have dinner with Mrs Claus and the Elves.
It freaked the kids out so now they always make him a plate of food (ham, mac and cheese, dressing, blackeyed peas or green beans and dinner roll) and a disposable toothbrush kit that has a cheapy toothbrush, travel size toothpaste, and travel sized mouthwash.
Even though the plate of foods gets eaten, it still kind of perturbs me that she said something like that and took the joy right out of a tradition we had done since I was a kid. Im really quit sick of everyone and these PC things, cookies and candy are bad for teeth, dont say Merry Christmas, blah blah blah. Sorry for the rant.

This is so funny! In all my years I had no idea that Santa is apparently a functioning alcoholic!
I, however, shudder to think what beer and cookies taste like together... I think we'll stick with milk! I might set out some hangover relief remedies for him, though....

This happened to me so instead of calling I emailed from my Angel credit card account and they answered me back the very next day and apologised for that oversight and I received a reward card in an envelope this week.
Now the funny things is I have had several back ordered panties coming in.. well those are coming in with a reward card!( 2.50 panties each with one ) LOL I'm very pleased =)

A PINK Panda ( Yep PANDA) sleeveless loom knit sweater.. was the ugliest damn thing I have ever seen. I was like wth ! I actually have a pic of me in it ! And want to know why? I was so pi##ed off I wore it to get together for a few months so everytime I got asked "OOOOOHH what an interesting sweater -where did you get it"? I could point at MIL LOL
I got a very-cute purse the next year XD
