  1. ok - i found the info that Fisherboymom posted in another thread:

    Place the item in your cart and go through the checkout process.

    When you get to the Review/Submit order page look where it shows your Staples Rewards #.

    Click on edit.

    On the next page erase your rewards # and click continue.

    Now you should be back to the Review Order page.

    Look for where it says Staples Customer Number [it is highlighted in purple]

    Click on Add Number.

    Enter your number on the next page and then click continue.

    You will be back to the Review/Submit order page and the shipping charge should be 0.00

  2. it is not working for me when i put in that code it over ridded the 50% and only gave me the 25% off

    to me it showed like it took away the 50% but when I did the math it didn't. You are going to have to do the math in a paper or something, it took me a while to get it to work. When I order for example it says one price the difference is in the totals, now I received my order reciept with all the discounts added. Good luck! I hope it works for you.

    PS: you would have to delete cookies to try again

    yeah - their math is jacked up. It says it gives you 50%, then you put in the 25% code, and the price in the cart goes up, but then scroll down to see the 25% discount (which is more than 25% of the new prices in the cart). then it adds shipping, then takes off shipping, and finally equals out to 50% off, plus 25% off. then adds tax.

    very wacky way of getting to the final price, but it does work out at the end.

  3. Borrowed

    Toys R Us sells Guitar Hero On Tour for Nintendo DS for $50. It is eligible for Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion and free shipping. Here's how:

    1. Click here, change quantity to 3, and click Add Items to Cart.

    2. The cart screen appears with 3 Guitar Hero games and 3 Guitar Hero picks. Remove the picks from the cart.

    3. The games show up as purchasing 2 for $49.99 and the 3rd for free - free shipping.

  4. Speaking of Amazon... why is the nuvi 350 cheaper than the nuvi 260? Isn't the 350 better?

    I just noticed this, too. From what i can tell, it looks like the 260 and 350 are the same except

    260

    traffic = none

    media = photos

    battery life = up to 5 hrs

    350

    traffic = has traffic FM (with opt. receiver)

    media = photos & MP3

    battery life = up to 8 hrs

  5. FWIW - I don't know about these in particular, but I bought a clip-on light thing for my running hat when running at night. It has 3 LEDs on it and it doesn't really illuminate enough for me to see without tripping over uneven parts of the sidewalk. It does, however, illuminate enough for cars to see me running.

    If you go to the web page, it shows the hat with the light going on and off - gives you kinda an idea of how bright it is. Click on the DETAILS tab and wait.
