Soooo.... what is everyones thoughts on the clearence toys??? Does everyones Targets have a lot of toys? My Target only has a few things I would like to get, but I will be working. Should I go to Target first and be late???

My TRU did not have the new Legos nor much of anything else on sale either. What they did have was long lines/no cashiers or help and a lot of disorganization!

Wish I could see the ad-anyone??

When is the big toy clearence 75 off? I forgot and I don't want to miss it this year. Unfortunately this year I am working.

I've noticied that too! I will accumulate a bunch of ECBS and then the ads will be horrible for the next couple of weeks and then I have nothing to spend them on. The other problem is you can only use so much shampoo and Tylenol!

I would love to buy one but I don't have time to scrapbook so I guess it would be a waste of time. Where do you all find the time? Are you all stay out home moms? I'm sad that I can't scrapbook!

dnmiller, customer service told me that in order to get the free starter kit the camera would have to be purchased on the 23 or24, the same for the rebate the camera and printer would have to be purchased together, so you might want to check into that.

Thank you so much for that info, I had the XTi in my cart and did not feel comfortable spending that kind of money so I opted for the XT instead. The extra money is not worth my feeling nervous and guilty, and I think for taking family type pictures this camera will be sufficient!

Where did you get the rebate? I need one of those! I really want a XTI but can't afford it at that price, so I'm looking at the XT, but if I had a rebate.......

What to do? Should I get this Rebel xt for 499 or wait to see if Amazon or Buy has something better on BF? Anyone in the same delimma or have any suggestions?

I'll have to take a look at that site. The problem is finding the time to research it all. In your opinion which is better? I have some lenses from a 35mm Canon that I was hoping to use in the Digital one. The problem is don't know if they will fit etc. I guess I have to go to a camera store. And then there are a few different Canon rebels, some with lenses, some without. I don't know which is the right one to buy. Should I buy a body only and use the lenses I have? This is giving me a headache!

I think the scariest part of the article is that stores have less inventory stocked and that means less toys to clearence at the end of the season. Bye Bye Targets huge toy clearence:(

I'm confused because Consumer Reports said the Nikon is a better buy. I was convinced that Canon was the way to go until I read their reports on Digital Cameras in the November issue.
