I paid $2.50 for a mall gift card for my friend's little sister; I considered just giving her cash but I didn't want her to spend the money on stupid stuff like slurpees from the convenience store down the street. From now on I'm just giving her money, if she really wants slurpees then she should be able to buy them, and I'll save a few bucks too. My mom paid $4.95 each for the Amex gift cards she bought me. There were 4 for $50 each. Is $50 the largest denomination? She could've gotten bank gift cards for free since my sister works at a bank.

I love the lip gloss, there are two colors that work pretty well for me. I get mine from Target; as another poster already mentioned, it's in the bins with the trial sized products. It feels tingly, like blistex, and it feels like it's conditioning my lips, but it has a great texture and adds nice, subtle color to my lips. It's my everyday gloss that I wear to work. I haven't tried the shadows or anything else.

I dunno, Amber, but my cart has emptied itself quite a few times... A couple of times I got 4 Reindeer in lights in my basket with the message "Happy Holidays, Love Amber"... WEIRD.

Is there anything weird going on with anyone else's shopping cart? Like items arbitrarily being added or deleted?

I ordered from them about a month ago. Got 24 books for $31 and some change. Books came within a week and a half. I'd recommend them!!

It was worth it for me, both for the savings and for the sense of accomplishment I got after scoring the deals!

I got to Target at around 10:00 and was able to get one. The gentleman who helped me did say "we're getting down to the nitty-grity" as he handed it over to me though... so maybe that was one of the last ones.

^^Very true, but I'm glad I got to the site in time to order the sweaters for an extra $15 off, which made them only $5.00! There were two styles at that special price and I got one in each color.

I bought two pairs of pants for my dad. Talked to my mom a few minutes ago and it turns out I needed to get a size bigger because dad's been packing on the pounds lately. So I need to do an exchange at Kohl's.

Left at around 6 am, got home at around 1 pm. Went back out at 5:30 this evening, came back home around 8:30.

The only thing I bought for myself was a pair of shoes, and I will be wearing them when the first opportunity presents itself!

Kohl's and then Target. Both ran like well-oiled machines this morning, but I gave Kohl's the advantage because they offered doorbusters while Target didn't - although the prices at both places were GREAT.

Yeah, my sister called me at around 4:30 this afternoon to tell me that Walmart had extended its doorbusters and the prices were good throughout the day. I didn't bother with Walmart this morning; I thought I'd do better at the mall and at Kohl's. They still had the Lexmark all-in-one for $39.88 that I wanted so badly but missed out on because I didn't go during doorbusters, so she picked it up for me. She also got a boatload of Leapfrog products for ridiculously low prices. I was thinking of buying it online when I saw that the doorbuster price was still good online at about 1 pm. Glad I didn't... now I hae my new printer hooked up to my computer right away and I didn't have to pay for shipping!

About $700-$800. I still need to sit down with all my receipts and get a true total. I did well though, my living room is now cluttered with stuff that I need to find space for.

No Walmart or Old Navy in mine.

I went to Kmart and just left with some Ritz crackers and some lipgloss sets for my nieces. It seems like they jacked up the prices of their "Buy One Get One Free" games... didn't seem like too good of a deal to me. And the $7.99 cd's I had my eye on weren't in stock. I guess I got there too late; I arrived at about 8:30.

Hello, all! I'm new to the forums and very happy to be here and excited to read about all the deals! This thread has made my day, as up until this past year we had no Super Walmarts and our 24-hour Walmarts would close and then re-open. Now I'm reading that the Super Walmarts should be open and now we have THREE of them within a 20 minute drive!!! Oh, the joy... now call the stores to confirm that they'll be open all night and then strategize about which one to go to.
