The ProForm treadmill looks like it might be decent. I'm hoping it can be ordered online since I know my dad wouldn't want to stand in line for it. However, it is an option. He'll probably want to see it in stores before to see if he likes it.

Canon has stated they don't have plans to release it to North America any time soon. A lot of people seem to love it, so I don't know why they would pass up that chance to make money.

Look at the Canon SX10, it's got 10 MP, and 20x optical zoom. It comes out in 2 days. I love the swivel screen for great shots and protection for the screen. Along with the quality Canon has, it's one of the best.
