Oh yeah....the infants. I live in Forest Park, IL. Minutes out of Chicago. It was about 10 degrees outside. I couldn't feel my face or my feet and these people were standing outside....in line...with ITTY BITTY BABIES. It doesn't matter how much you cover them. It was simply too damn cold!

Ok, well I went to Walmart and got what I wanted and then some. Thank you BF Gods! LOL But as I was checking out the cops were all over because someone was trying to SHOPLIFT. Bwahh ha ha ha Come on people. DUH. EVERY employee is there and a good 20+ cops. How in the world are you gonna shoplift? I live on the outskirts of Chicago and we are one of very FEW close WMs. So we get EVERYONE from the hood at our store. The police had lined up their squad cars bumper to bumper barricading off the front so you had about 3 feet to pass thru to get to your car. It was a VERY smart move on their part. They needed to do that when we were in the over a mile long line so people didn't rush the front. But whatever. Why in the heck would you try to steal stuff on BF? I mean, seriously...WTF?

My DH said ours had well over 100. They were passing them out and there were PLENTY for everyone. But we have a "special" walmart. See my shoplifting thread. LOL

I REALLY want to get the Spongbob TV combo thing from Walmart. It's the only reason I'm going out. I'm so afraid I'm doing this for nothing but my DD needs a new TV and she has a spongebob room. So....the things you'll do for a 4 year old. LOL

I'm sorry...I had to chuckle. That must be a really strong blower. ;-)

I NEVER go out on Black Friday. NEVER EVER because people just act like they're stupid. But now.....I need to be one of those people. My daughter has a Spongebob Room (She's 4) and I want to get her the tv dvd thing from Walmart. I think it's a decent price and I'd really like to get it for her but that is the ONLY thing I want to get. Is this possible? Is it worth it? What time do I get there? Where do I shoot for? I'm at a loss. Do they hide EVERYTHING that's on the Early Bird ad or just the lower priced items? Like the laptop I'm sure will be in tires or something but what is your experience? Thanks....I'm so afraid to go. I don't want to have to knock people down and get crazy. LOL But I will if I have to. ;-) Thanks Melissa
