Anyone hear anything on the Sporting Goods/Toys markdown? Will it go to only 50% or will it go straight to 75% this week? My 16 month old just popped a whole in his ball pit and I noticed Target had a few.. Plus he would like the Little Tykes Wagon and the Playhouse. It is him that wants it all not me...
I am just keeping watch........hoping tomorrow for the Playhouse....anyone go today and their stuff marked down more?

I've been eyeing the same easel since it was posted on here that is was going clearance and I finally got it this moring...tried to see if there were anymore close to me and the only store that had 3 instock was 2 hours away!Hit the jackpot today at Target. I went to get one of those $5 easles and found one 10X better for $10. It was mis-placed on the top shelf in sporting goods! Retails for $40!!!

Yes - they went on clearance with xmas stuff - so down to 90% off....so I think the regular price was $5.99 and they went down to $.59.I found something that came up item not found. It is a Disney Princess fairy cosmetic set. Comes with lipgloss, nailpolish with some kind of a feather on top. Also includes a cosmetic bag. Cashier gave it to me for about 1.75. Don't know what the regular price was. Anyone seen this?

Did anyone get the little beauty set for dolls - it has a mirror, and then pretend miniture blow dryer, lotions, rollers, etc....they can be used on the American Girl Dolls or the Generation Dolls?
I found one today and it didn't have any tags on it, I remeber seeing it clearanced at another store so they sold it to me for $2.50 - was wondering what the real price of it was? Thanks!

I noticed that the bookshelves are on sale this week. I am in desperate need of about 3 to 4 bookshelves. Has anyone bought these before? Did/do you like them? My finace is moving in soon and he has TONS of books from him physics classes. I am going to move all my books from my parents houses that I used for my major (secondary math education).
Oh - I need to go look - I need bookshelves to store all my toys!!!!!!!!!!!!

The VTech VSmile I bought for $12.48 was the special one they had gotten in for the holidays. It wasn't part of regular stock.
AND they are packaged in an orange and purple plastic container w/lid and handle.

Yep, I asked directly since the preschool REALLY needs new ones for the playground, and that is what they told me.
hmmmm - so sporting goods is suppose to be marked down the day after toys.......today?!?!?!?

I have been watching the playhouse - it is 50% off our Target-asked if I could have it at 75% off yesterday since it was in with the clearance toys. It was a definite "NO". If I buy it this week and it goes down to 75% off next week...will they price adjust???
I "think" some stores are considering this an outdoor toy/sporting equip and maybe why it didn't go down?!?!?!

Just got back from the Germantown Forrest-Hill Irene store - NOTHING - well no some of the Cool Toys were 50% but not the other stuff -Ohhh.. It said Forrest Hill and we have a Forrest Hill store in Memphis.
I should learn to read. Sorry.
I did get the last 2 pairs of Dora xmas pajamas sets - no price found - and got them for $1.99 each.

maybe they are already in bed....preparing to get up early and let us all know!?!?!?!?!?!if we base ourselves on last years calendar ...and wednesday being the day that toys get marked down....TOMMOROW is the day the day they would go down....?? any east coasters checking tommorow ?
because this so cal shopper would LOVE to know before i leave at 7:30....am...Well i asked for the day of tommorow so i am keeping my fingers crossed

Our store didn't have any easels but did have the art tables only 1/2 off for $19.99.

2 Parents Magazine Toddler Phones - $.89 each (in reg. toy section w/other phones)
1 Ponyville xmas Tree - $.99 (in toy clearance)
Then I was walking along the store and there were 2 random buggies just siting out in the aisle - no one was close to claim them - but I did notice some xmas stuff in them so I started looking through......I found 5 Thomas the Train Special Holiday Packs (each containing 3 vehicles) - I thought oh I bet these aren't on clearance but I will see if the cashier will take 90% off since they are xmas.....but I went to scan just in case - low and behold - they were $.99 EACH!!!!! YEAH!
I kept 3 and gave one to a mom w/ a little boy and told her the price and then to a grandmother shopping for her 2 year grandson - they were thrilled - so was I!
Any thoughts on toy marksdowns?!?!?!?!?!?

someone on my local moms board posted that all the Hello Kitty items had been marked down to $4.98 today - the popcorn popper, toaster, water thing, and more.....so they went from 30% to 75%.

The Target in Crestwood, Il had the Roseart Smart Easel for $9.98. IT was 75% off. They also had an art desk for 75% off, also 9.98. The smart easel is a little flimsy but for that price, it might be worth it. I sure would not pay the $40 bucks for it.

WEnt this monring to Target - asked a lady marking down about toys - she said they were behind so today they are marking down all stationary and clothing......but that there will be a toy markdown this week.......so I will be there 1st thing Wed. and Thuirs!!!!
