We do not have any store closings in my city. There is alot of transplants moving to our city. They have put in a light-rail to get people to ride instead of drive b/c of the traffic. It has helped but not that much. Alot of people that live in the small towns outside of the city ride the bus into work. But they can not get alot of ridership with persons that live within the limits. I have considered riding the bus again just so that I can let my dh have his car back. I do want to have a car for those days that I would like to drive though.

Costco fan here. I have tried Sam's in the pass it just reminded me walmart at bulk.

Have you checked the Costco's website? I know on Sam's site they have a free pass sign up. I have a Costco's membership that I share with my mom and we both have seperate card but pay share the membership. It is an awesome store!
