  1. stacya....I had the same problem with 2 of my orders. I called and they told me the shoes were out of stock although I never received an email stating this. They did allow me to select replacement shoes which they are supposed to be sending me. What concerns me is one of the pair actually came back in stock and took me to call them, tell them they were back in stock and ask them to ship as part of my order. Crocs really showed poor customer service with how they are handling out of stock orders.

That was actually me. I "chatted" with a representative and they offered me a replacement for the shoes that weren't sent. This just happened today, and I am hoping that my replacements come in. I will let you know.

  2. I have never had a problem with them, I just tracked my boots order and it shows that they are coming fed ex smartpost which in turn is forever and a day mail. No mail Monday but it shows they shipped from LA to me and are in the same state now so hopefully Tuesday they will come with the mail.

Did you purchase with the "buy one get one free" promotion?

I purchased twice with this particular promotion, my account read that everything had been shipped, and when I received both shipments, they were both missing the "free" item.

I have ordered numerous times from crocs, and this is the first time they have failed to complete the shipments. Yes, online it reads, "shipment sent" but it fails to mention that the "free" item is not there. They didn't even put a note in there saying, "sorry, we can't complete your order." :(

  3. About returns...I once bought a Dirt Devil Vacuum and when I opened the box, I noticed that it had been tampered with. There were things all out of place, but I decided to try and plug it in and keep it.

When I plugged it in, it didn't work. I purposely packed it up without putting things back into the plastic bags and didn't seal the box back up. I told the customer service rep. that I didn't pack it up neatly simply because when it is packed back up, they throw it back on the floor.

I didn't want someone to end up buying the same vacuum just to have to come back because it didn't work!

  4. The cashier treated you unfairly, she should be "called out" on that.

I have to be honest in stating that sometimes when a price looks TOO GOOD, I always recheck it on the price scanner. It avoids frustration. I don't want to argue unless I have an honest to goodness legitimate reason for doing so.

You said that you saw the price on the yellow tag and I believe you, so it is ridiculously unfair that they went and changed it and therefore made it look like you lied and/or you were trying to scam them. I would throw that in the argument too... Tell them you frequent their establishment and that you have nothing to gain by being a liar.

  5. That's very nice of you!

I ordered a couple of pairs last night. They gave me a ten dollar discount by writing in "gift07", I called customer service to confirm and she said that that offer had expired. I told her that it showed a discount and she told me, "It shows expired, but if it giving it to you, by all means, take it." I took her advice and got $10 off. I received shipping confirmation very soon after. So far, so good! :)

  6. No not too worried about it, but I did have someone steal my COFFEE from my cart this morning at Walmart!! It was from 7-eleven and 3/4 full! I couldn't believe it. I hope they got cooties!

    Who steals coffee?

Hey, when you are so hungry for the hunt, you'll take just about anything!:D

    I'm just kidding of course!

I went this morning and everyone was very nice and friendly! I left my coffee in the car though!

  7. Let me tell you that I was not a big fan of their look, but I gave in and bought some crocs for my husband because I saw them for under $20. He told me how comfortable they were so I tried his on and he was right. They are very comfortable.

The mammoth ones are nice and warm. I am still not that thrilled with their look, but I wear them for the comfort. Heck, at the age of 20 something, I would wear the SAS shoes because they were comfortable, have you seen those??? :tongue1:

  8. In that case I wont be using Target coupons because I only print them in black and white. Where are you at because I am in Georgia and I havent used any coupons in a while so I was wondering if its even worth it to waste my black ink anymore with them.

I am in San Antonio, TX. The girl was really nice, so I didn't want to put her in a situation that would make her uncomfortable since she was only following directions.

Okay, where's the logic? If it was a scanned coupon either way, how does it being in color make it any more legit? I would hope that people stop using these coupons as it's making it harder to use valid coupons for everyone.

I agree...I did ask her about those people who only have black and white printers, she just continued to state that they had to be in color.

The "machines" in my Target---Baby, Wedding, etc. registry---only print in black and white. So, ask the cashier, WTH???? I just did it off your machine!

    Ann

I think I am going to ask that question the next time I go. I didn't want to argue too much since I knew that I had gotten the coupon off of the generator link on this website. I would have argued a little more if I copied it off of the actual Target website.
