You'll need to pull up the MP3 player's storage system in Windows Explorer / Finder (Typically E: ) and drag songs from itunes into whatever folder contains the music, at least that was the case with a MP3 player I got for free.

The laptops can only handle 4GB. Your better off ,money-wise, installing the RAM yourself, it's the slot under the battery, it will save you a lot of money if you get memory yourself.) If your going to use ebay, get an auction sniper, It will bid a few seconds before the item ends, so you'll probably win it if you set your max bid in the app high enough. The sniper also helps avoid driving the cost of something up, by avoiding a bid war. I just got a TiVo for $21.50 on ebay
