I love putting lights on the house, decorating the inside, putting up the tree, wrapping presents and watching everyone open their presents - seeing the excitement on their face. I like to open mine last as I enjoy watching everyone else.

Both for me too. I always have a list with who to buy what for and I always pick up extra goodies.

I love Christmas. It is my favorite time of the year and I love to watch any holiday movie. I guess my favs are ELF, Charlie Brown Christmas.

Yes, I do and need to get started. I always procrastinate when doing cards, don't know why, I guess the time it takes so I need to get started early.

with two boys ages 11 and 7 I spend well above 300 dollars just on that day alone

Black Friday is my core christmas shopping day. THat is the day that I usually buy almost all of my stuff. I do have to get other things before christmas but that is my MAIN shopping day. I put a HUGE DENT in getting presents for children and hubby -

I usually buy for my grandmother for my own children. She gives me the money and I get presents from her for THEM.

I need a laptop for my oldest son. Will probably have to camp out at best buy which is something I have never done in the past. I don't usually go to Best Buy until later in the afternoon as it is way down on my list - I usually price match items that I need from there at WalMart but this year with the computer, I don't see that happening.

[Who do you shop with on BF?]

For the past two or three years, I have always gone with my best friend. We get together on the phone Thanksgiving day and plan our route. She has her list and ads for Walmart price matching and I have mine. We take her van or my SUV and it is always FULL and we can barely shut the door or open it for that matter because all the stuff keeps falling out. Hubbies watch the children for us and we usually do not get home until around 1 or 2.

For me, It is a night/day combination where I am hyped up, get very little sleep and shop til I drop the next day.

[Kohls sales]

I went to Kohl's yesterday and they had clearance for 60, 70 and 80% off. I got some shirts for my sons for 5 and 6 dollars. Also, found a pair of polo kakhi shorts for 7.20. THey have some good deals but you have to search the clearance racks.

I went to Target tonight and found no clearance deals that I couldn't live without. I hardly ever find any good deals at the Target SuperStore in McDonough, Georgia.

[Going to Atlanta on Spring Break with 5 kids!]

I live in Griffin which is only about 45 minutes from Atlanta - We have been to the Georgia Aquarium and it is awesome. My boys (ages 11 and 6) LOVED it but get tickets online or stay at a hotel that sells the tickets because if you wait until you get to the gate, they will most likely be sold out. Some people get to the gates WAY early to get tickets so I suggest getting them early. Also, we made a mini vacation out of it as well. We stayed at the Sheraton which is about 2 blocks away -

Chunka - I got a new Honda Pilot about 3 weeks ago and do not need my dual DVD's - I have two sons and this is the one that I bought after christmas that you put on the back of the headrests - I was going to put it on ebay but I am will to sell it to you and send it to you CHEAP (like 50 bucks for both and the case) Let me know if you want it.

I just renewed my Sam's membership on Saturday and did not have to pay sales tax - just 40 dollars for the membership renewal but I had already spent 260.00 - uuuggh. We have a Costco but I have never been. Looks like from the positive posts, I need to check it out.

I am a school teacher and will definitely visit Staples to stock up. I will check them out tomorrow in hopes that they will be open on New Years Day.
