Houston Westheimer/Fondren: Global Bazaar - 50% Art work & Frames - some were marked down to 75% Dollar Spot - 75% - very little left Dyson Vacuums - there were 2 models on clearance; only 1 model was marked 50% Dirt Devil Broom Vac - $24.xx [no gift card] In the back area they had a flat-bed cart with a lot of small appliances. They had the large "as is" red stickers on them. Don't know if they were going to put them on the shelves or take them back as salvage.

Global Bazaar: On another forum, there are reports that some stores are at 50%. Have any of you seen it at 50%?????

Question: What category would the Fireplace items fall under -- Hardware??

Don't recall seeing this posted. Several types of Crayola Color Wonder and similar products are on clearance at 30%. These were in the Arts & Crafts section.

I've bought purses @ 75%.

Houston Westheimer/Fondren: Cranium Carnival Fort - $14.xx -- there were 4 left at Noon Ladies': Gillian & O'Malley robes $4.98, some hoodies 75% off [they were in the process of marking down more stuff in the ladies' lingerie area] Boys: Gloves, hats 75% Not much else.

This was the clearance schedule in 2007 at my Targets [YMMV]: 30% - Saturday, February 10th 50% - Saturday, February 17th 75% - Thursday, February 22nd My stores didn't have anything left to go to 90%.

Houston ST on Main-- Just returned from that store. Very little left in the toy clearance. They did have: some games [scene It, Jeopardy, Deal/No Deal, Brain (Something), and a few others; TMX Elmos [about a dozen]; & some Star Wars items. Couldn't believe it, but they put out the Cranium Pop 5 game red-stickered at $12! This is the one that went to $2.50 at 90% Christmas clearance

Houston Galleria Toys were being marked down to 75% this morning. Scored a TMX Elmo for $3.74---$8.74 less $5 Fisher Price coupon

Has anyone in Houston checked out the clearance toys?

RE: Return of Clearance Items I have never had any problems in getting back the amount I paid for an item since I had my receipt. If you try to return a item that you bought at 50% & you don't have a receipt & the clearance is at 75%, they will only refund you the 75% value.

A lot of folks' ad did not list the Glade deal, but their store did give the Gift Card. Problem now is that many stores have run out and per the ad Target will not be issuing rain checks.

Could it be that your TV station ran an outdated [i.e. Black Friday] commercial?

Probably due to the holiday inventory.

FYI: Several people on another thread have mentioned that they were really disappointed in the 1000 tc sheets. Said that even after washing a few times, the sheets weren't soft.

Clearance will be limited until after the holidays. They need as much shelf space as possible to display all the Christmas stuff.
