Managed to find a few more 75% off toys. Got 2 sets of Leap Frog lower case letters for the fridge phonics. $2.74 each. Thanks to whoever posted this. I would never have known to scan it because they were still with the regular priced leap frog items. Also got Leap Frog Bilingual Memory Mate card game for $1.22. Dd is learning Spanish in 3rd grade so I think this will be a great game to help her along...and maybe I will learn something new too. Found 1 more Science Wiz Energy Kit for $4.98. It was with the other regular priced Science Wiz kits. Energy is the only one that is 75% off. And this week Target has the Honeywell 7 fin Oil Filled Radiator heater on sale for $29.00 plus you get a $5 gc. These heaters work great! Needed one for dd's room. It is finally going to get cold here in NJ. Now if we would just get some snow so I don't have to listen to dh whine about how he hasn't been able to use his new snowblower yet.

Funny that you mention this. When I was checking out the toys the other day everyone in that department was a woman with kids. Then there is this one guy in a leather jacket, with no kids or shopping cart in site and nothing in his hands. I kind of got the feeling he was security. So obvious!

I was annoyed at Target today. I found an oil filled radiator heater with a clearance sticker priced originally $89.xx marked down to $22.xx. I thought I scored but it rang up $59.xx at the register. The cashier called the manager over and they keyed in the code on the sticker. The sticker was for some doll. The manager said that they were having a problem with people putting clearance stickers on other items. I asked if she was implying that I did it and she of course said no. She offered to give me 10% off the $59.xx price. I said no thanks. I guess that isn't really Targets fault but I was just annoyed because that thing was so heavy. I not only had to lift it to put it in my cart and take it out to pay, but I also had to move it out of the way because the cashier said she was pregnant and couldn't lift anything heavy. I didn't mind doing that for her but you would think the stupid manager would have taken care of that. Most toys were 30 - 50% off. [This was in NJ] I did however get the Scene It Jr. dvd game for 75% off.

I live in NJ. I remember hearing on the radio that they are going to change the rebate laws in NJ to avoid these kinds of problems that consumers are running into. All rebates will be instant...no mailing in forms, upc's, etc.
