buffet!!

I am at a loss for a main entree for a crowd (12 adults and to many kids to count!) It's or coaches dinner for Christmas and I am stumped on this one. We usually do burgers and dogs by the pool, but this one will be indoors. Gotta be easy. Any ideas?

Shooot! DD put her letter in the mailbox this a.m. and I was going to retrieve it b4 the mail came and forgot! Guess the mail man took it- I don't even know if it had a stamp on it I like to save them they are so cute! Sad about one bad apple spoiling it for everyone.
