When i bought something online from staples, i forgot to insert my coupon code for 25 dollars. I immediately called staples and the operator said she will insert it for me. I checked my bank account and they are still charging me 100 dollars ish... How long does it take before coupon takes effect?

So I couldn't get to staples this morning because I'm all by myself (college student, every guy friend i know went home!) and I didn't have the courage to walk down to my parking structure which was 2 blocks away in the dark (I live in downtown LA) And after I heard my friend couldn't get me the 200 gb hard drive i desired so badly, i sort of went crazy and ordered it online. cough I thought it was 50 dollars for a moment after all the rebates and stuff.. then i realized I missed the coupon number for 25 dollars. cough. Frickin' sweet deal. It saved me actually physically moving as well. Do they ever restock online? Im tempted to get some keyboards and the free laminator. XP
