That's fine and dandy, but they shouldn't have a buy in store option then.

Option at the time was not available. Only two options I had was to ship or pick up at store.

I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII and it plays .mkv files without conversion, so I imagine the Samsungs are good to go. But, not completely sure. It's nice to just throw something on there vs. waiting to convert.

I've been looking at the Hisense at Walmart, but you need to convert mkv files to watch them. What tablet does anyone recommend that I can just transfer the mkv file without taking the time to convert? I believe the Kindle Fire HD is the same.

Niles, Il was to open at 10pm. At 10:30, there was a line out the door and around the building. Must be hundreds of people and they are only letting in so many at a time. Thanks, but no thanks.

We have two children (8 and soon-to-be 7 years old). We are trying to figure out which video game console to get for Xmas that best fits them. The only video games they have currently are the Leapster and Didj. Supposedly, Grams and Papa are getting them each a DS for Xmas, so they'll have that. But we are looking at something bigger. Any advice??

This morning at Kohls, there was your usual line. When the doors opened, several people keeping warm in their cars ran and plowed their way into the store ahead of several people that were waiting for an hour or so. Alot of yelling, but nothing went further. Personally, I would have loved to have seen a few of them get smacked around.

Just curious, but several sites offer great deals on refurbished items, specifically electronics. Would you buy refurbished products, and if so, what kind would you buy. If not, what type of electronics would you stay away from?

After visiting Sears awhile back, we were not overly impressed with the GE trees. The trees didn't look full. We actually just recently purchased the Simply Christmas tree for $120 with shipping ($90). Shipping took forever, but Sears called to make arrangements for drop-off at the house.

I just called DishNetwork and was denied the offer. We subscribed to DishNetwork around September of 2007. The rep told me that you cannot have prior Cinemax programming for at least 6 months for eligibility. We were given 3 free months HBO and Cinemax when signing up and they are using that against the offer. Also, prior posters are correct, your billing must be paperless.

The crowds were minimal. We stayed at the Pop Century and the only aggravating part was waiting for the buses to take you to the park or resort. At times, it seemed like 30min - 1 hour. At the parks, the majority of the rides were maybe 10 minutes or less wait time. I would definately go back again that time of year.

Maritza, we were in WDW the end of Sept and beginning of October in '06 and they were offering the free dining plan. Keep your eyes on mousesavers.com for any discounts or other Disney info. We found out about the deal on April 1st. Hope this helps.
