  1. You don't really want a net book. Most of them are about 8.9 inch diagonal, barely any power, and no CD or DVD drive! If you're going to get one of those, plan to get an external cd/dvd, and don't expect to be able to watch many movies as the graphics in them are cheap chipsets. I wouldn't have one except perhaps to give to my 7 year old grandson. Debi
  2. I don't know if it was just our BB, but if we buy anything at the website, and have to return it, they won't take it back at the store. Year before last, I bought 2 Sirus satellite radios, the extended warrantee. Both of them were crap, and broke within weeks of Christmas, and when DD and her BF tried to take them back to BB, they were given a hard time. They were even willing to trade up and pay the difference. They were told, you buy them at the website, you send them back there. BF ended up pitching his and buying a better one at sears. DD procrastinated, and got a new one last year, but they both lost the warrantee I paid for, and the radio I paid for because they were told to send it back to the website. After that, I don't bother. No matter what they have this year, I am just going to forget it - last year they had so many people there that they ran out of the tickets, and turned people away. They also had to limit the number of people in the store because of the fire marshal.
