Ok usually I am not a very crafty or creative but when I was looking for Christmas clearance items I came across a couple of clear jars filled with soft chew peppermints. Now the regular price of these candies was something like 6 dollars but the clearance price was more like 78 cents. Now it wasn’t the candy that interested me, it was the jars. They were clear glass with clear glass lids with stainless steal rims. They are perfect in the bathroom for cotton balls and Q-tips. They actually look very similar container in BBB for around $10.00. So I was thinking, there has got to be some great hidden treasures like these that other people are seeing that just haven’t dawned on me yet. My husband laughed at me the other day and asked when did cotton balls start coming with nutricical information on them. (I haven’t had time to soak the labels off yet) But even he has to attempt they are perfect and for the price they can’t be beat! So share you ideas of hidden treasures!

Ok I think there is something wrong with my Targer, (Fairfield, New Jersey). I went there on my lunch break and found some Xmas coffee mugs on clearance for $2.07, so I am thinking I will scan them and find a hidden treasure for sure....WRONG they were still $2.07. Sigh I do have to say that I am disappointed, I have been reading this thread since the first one and have yet to grab any of these mind blowing bargins everyone else seems to get, ughhh someone tell me what I am doing wrong please!!!! Ok I do work full time, so I can't be there a lot during the week except for my lunch break, but are all Targets so different and I got a dud???

I am looking for some new dinnerware to go with my newly painted kitchen. I love the Pfaltzgraff line but they are sooooo pricey for me. Does anyone have a site or know of any where I can pick up some for a reasonable price (Family of 5) Thanks

Pam, You never seen to amaze me, having a family of 5 I am always looking for ways to save money but you seem to have gotten it down to an art. Please keep posting on how to grab these great deals. Any web sites I should know about that will help teach me on how to get the best prices and what to look for? Gottadeal has been a huge blessing so far but I know there is more out there. Can we start a thread with those sites or would we have to trade that information through private message? Thanks again Pam!!!!

Any news on Kmart? I was there a few days ago and they had tons of stuff left but only 30-50% OFF. I would love to catch them at 75% or more off before they are picked over.

I went to my Target in Fairfield NJ on my lunch break. There is hardly anything left at all, just bags of bows and some stockings, other than that just broken junk that even the employees were throwing around like trash and making fun of. Sigh, no luck for me today.

I have HDTV, I have no idea how all this works, do I have to pay for some kinda service a month like Direct TV? What ever happen to the good ole days when you popped in a tape and pressed REC. I know I know I am aging myself. Do I have to buy the TiVo from Direct TV since I have HDTV?

Anyone know of any good deals on Tivo? I am a direct tv customer if that helps any. Any advice would be helpful.

With all the new laptops and pcs for Christmas, does anyone know of any current deals on virus protection? I will need protection for like 4 laptops, is there a family program I can buy or do I have to buy each one?

At the JCP in Jersey the cashiers usually have them (coupons) at check-out, and they gladly scan them for you!
