BF has this exact same stove and loves it. Throws out a lot of heat and does a great job heating the house. We've actually found pellets at Sam's Club pretty cheap. He orders 2 tons from Lowe's every September. If you get this stove, get a shop vac to use to clean out the ash. Oh, and from November until this week, he used exactly 42 gallons of oil. I'd buy one for my house if I were keeping it - my oil output is massive and I'm always cold!

Thank you!!! I had 2 gift cards (one from over a year ago!) and couldn't find a thing in the store I wanted to buy. Just bought a purse, fry pan, pjs, a Bullet blender, & a bundt pan, order came to just over $101 and the code wound up covering the shipping. No more malls! Was eyeing up the purse for weeks and got it for $60 off their normal price.

I placed 3 orders with them this year. 2 were great deals and I got the products within 3-4 days. The other was the same problem OP had, so she's not 'trippin', it's a legitimate gripe. They charged my paypal and then listed the order as 'closed'. Emailed and called - no response. Turns out they ran out of the deal and didn't refund my $. I disputed with paypal and got an email in a few days. I replaced the deal with a higher price at a B&M, but it's really the lack of response from CS that's annpying. Try calling their CS # - you get a recording that they're too busy to take calls. When the items are in stock, they're great to deal with - fast shipping, authentic product, great deals. When they're out of stock & don't respond to any contact, let's see what you think of them... Picture ordering the $300 bundle and going through this.

I used PayPal and filed a dispute when the charmers at Red Octane CS didn't reply to my emails. They've credited the $ back to my account and sent a misspelled note to the effect that 'the deal sold out, you're not getting it'. Really poor CS on the part of the manufacturer. I'd suggest disputing with your CC company at this point as the CS doesn't even bother to respond to emails. I've opted out of their email specials list - no longer buying from them.

Anyone get their deal yet or an update from CS? I just checked mine and it's listed as 'closed' on their website, no shipping info, but I was billed the full amount. Emailed CS after getting the 'we can't answer your call' message. I can always dispute with paypal, but this is a PITA.

I ordered another one (egg crate model) for my son's bed, which is an older pillowtop full size mattress. It fits fine with deep pocket sheets, but I've also used queen sheets on it. The sofa bed now has a waterproof mattress pad on it (also from Overstock) and still fits the full sheets, but it's a thin mattress to start with. Anyone buying this for a gift should know that it ships in a plain brown box and is covered in plastic wrap. Think someone mentioned it in the reviews, but since the ones in the store have a nice box and are labeled, it's worth mentioning again. :) When I cut it down, I waited until it expanded fully and used a razor blade knife. Should have marked it with a pencil since I can't cut straight.

I bought this a few months ago for a sleeper sofa. Got a bigger size than needed and cut the excess to make a dog bed for my arthritic lab. Pillows are awesome, I use them every night. Great deal. Is Overstock still doing the refund $ with paypal purchase?

If QVC has them as a 'today's special', the deals there can be much better than the site. QVC also has larger sizes in some items. I'm addicted to their perfume "Pure Grace", it's light, clean and not overpowering. I have to watch scents with my migraines and this has never caused a problem. I've even had total strangers stop me to ask what perfume I'm wearing. The shower gels wear off very quickly, so you won't walk around all day smelling like a cup of cocoa or a margarita. Too bad the codes aren't stackable. I could use more 'Purity Made Simple'.

Plus sizes are only $3 more, ordered one for my mom. Lots of colors. They also have some Christmas & fleece pjs on clearance already.
