The 18.00 microwave for DH so he can take it to work with him for his lunches, the 2$ movies, some christmas stuff, some clothes , some wii games .. and the sony Ipod alarm clocks . I need 2 .. I wanted the sony ones.. Plus the walmart is the less miles from my Moms house who lives in the booneys

But, I might actually go to walmart on black Friday. In the 12 years I never go on black friday. I always go to best buy now and when the kids were younger i went TRU .. The other place we will go is home depot or lowes We are buying my mom a new fridge for xmas . and I want to go to target just for a a few things. Might got to the mall but not sure yet. gotta see what American eagle will have one sale.

Well, I just got my frivilous gift and that was my net book. I did not need it since I have a lap top. i was going to go get a air card only but saw the price of the net book and thought it was nicer to travel. We are leaving next week and i cant wait to be on the net while riding down the road. I downloaded some movies on my ipod I cant wait to watch

I put up my tree last night.. its not decorated yet except for the 4 ornaments i had either bought in the last few days. I will upload a new video of the tree all done once i can convince my H to go into the attic to get my decorations down for me today. Here is a video , sorry about the quality its only 6 am here .. Its going up this weekend LOL> I probably wont decorate it until after thanksgiving because we are going away but I have to move some furniture around to get it where I can enjoy it the most so that will take some time but who knows It might get decorated too

It all started 2 weeks ago.,I scoped out that tree and i wanted it . I was not willing to pay 349.99 for it but the guy said he had a 40.00 coupon. Still way to much.. A few days later I went online and seen it on sale for 280.xx .. I told DH he said buy it .. I was really.. Still was not happy with the price but for an LED tree that is a great price.. then on Fri I went on the website again and it was Friends and family night and the price was 174.xx. I called CSR and told them about the price she said she would adjust it .. Well, yesterday i called the store that was only 40 miles from me they had one in in stock so I took my two print outs because the price went back to regular price again .. The guy told me to cancel the online order and he will honor the price on my order I had and BOOM there you have it I got my tree 200.xx less then what its cost .. I am a happy camper

Yeah i got a 7.5 foot with LED lights here is the tree I bought. I bought an HP netbook this past weekend with Verizon it was 199.99 but with 100.00 rebate so in the end it will be 100.00 I love it , I got the 60.00 data plan but will only see how I use it for the next few months and see a pattern if its close to the 5GIG then I will keep as is but if its way lower then I will lower it to the 40.00 a month unless we go on vacation. THey said I can change it each month if I need too... I use my wireless at home so I dont use the GIGs at home and it will be nice to be able to be riding down the road and be able to to be online and gotta deal. IF I camp out i will have my netbook I really dont think Im camping out this year .Actually I think Im going out shopping on Sat when the crowds die down .. All I need is clothes and hopefully I will be able to do most deals online on the other things. All the things I need are not big ticket No electronics . The biggest thing I wanted was the itunes but ended up getting them on Costco 90.00 worth of itunes for 74.xx I thought that was a good deal . I ended up with 180.00 with of Itunes and will divide them up by all of us

I got the 32 Westinghouse when it was on sale at Best buy 3 or 4 years ago and its still works great. They are good Tvs .. If you can get your hands on one then do it.. thankfully I dont need anymore Tvs:yup:

Anyone trying to get the small digital TV. I am thinking that for my hurricane kit with my kit we got to watch local channels. I think that will take less juice from my generator Plus I want some of those I tune cards you save 5 bucks each 25 one you get.. I want alot LOL

My middle son surprised me with a Sony (pink) 12xdigital 5 x optical with all the bells and whistles.> I love it its small enough to throw into my purse and go. gotta love that its pink:) My middle son ( Tyler) was over hearing me tell DH I wanted a new smaller camera and some of the specs and he went out on his own and got it. gotta love that boy:yup:

A decent computer. You all can have the 250 computers I want one that will hold up to my son which I dont think will be on sale on BF but if there is I will be out there and a new digital camera .. Sons are buying me one for Christmas but they want me to pick out the one I want So I hope they have a good one on sale. I really hope I dont have to go out early this year. I want to wait until the crowd does down. Next year though I am getting a MAC. I have been wanting one for years and years but to expensive but the warranty runs out of this 4.5 year old computer next year and I know I can convince Dh I will need one by next Xmas . Probably not a black friday item. I am hoping they have some deals on I tunes this year .. Like buy one get one free deal

you would think that I would know what to look for I worked at the photo lab at walmart for 1.5 years and sold cameras. But its been awhile and I know a lot has changed so I want a good one for the less amount of money;)

Im so ticked. I had a great camera 10X opitical zoom but I lost the software the adapter and now its just bulky. I want a new one. I am going to hint to DH I want a new camera and pick a few out for me and let him decide which one he wants to get me ANY suggestions. I want at least 10 optical zoom. HD and I want it a smaller camera that I can fit in my purse easy My other one is so bulky . I really hope they have some good ones on Black friday I can get online / Do you have an suggestions to what brand I should steer away from , what are the best. I am thinking of either sony or nikon

In all the years I have shopped I have never taken my kids. I was always lucky when they were little Dh would stay home with them. If he was out to sea my best friend would take them for the night and she would give me her list. She hated to wait so I did the shopping for her and I. Now that they are older its not an issue. I remember one year I did go with my friend who took her 8 month old son. It was in Corpus and the weather was not cold that year. I think it was in the 60s for the low and it wasnt like it is now that people wait 24 hours. We went to Toys R us at 530 and it opened at 6 and still got everything we wanted. Times were different.. I am sure if she was to shop today she wouldnt have taken him out. I didnt agree back then when she took him but she had no babysitter. Her husband was out to sea and she wanted to get something for a relative that was a hot item. I couldnt believe she was taking him but its her child no mine so I didnt say anything to her:razz:

Hmm, I remember going out when I was 15 with my friends family so almost 30 years ago was my first one. I dont remember if they called it Black Friday back then I just remember it called the day after thanksgiving shopping .. To try to do all my shopping online. UNLESS Best buy has an awesome computer deal. Not the cheapo computers but one my son can use for gaming. If not will buy something from Dell in the comfort of my house. Kids are not asking for to much this year mostly Itunes , except for the computer that Austin wants but he needs one his is almost 6yrs old the other boys just got a new computer last year;)

I know its frowned upon but do you see people waiting in line much earlier to try to sell their tickets? Thankfully!!!!! my DH got a job shortly after he got laid off and my income is actually better then last year. But, I could totally see someone in a position that has been laid off for months to do this. I could not blame them just so they could try to even get something for their family this year or even so they wont become homeless or eat over the holidays. Think about it if you can get a 150 dollar computer for 50 to 100 more and not wait in line for 2 days and had the money I know people at the back of the line waiting at the door would want to buy those tickets. I have seen it in the past people trying to get us to get tickets for them and willing to pay for them. I have never done it before and even if I got a ticket I didnt need I would go back to each person next in line to see if they wanted the ticket and gave it to the first available person because I didnt like the selling of the tickets. But , in these times I could be sympathatic to it because I know it could have been me in their position. Even if it meant I had to buy a ticket I might consider it just to help the person. I might not even go this year because I am afraid of this and I really dont want deal with it. I really dont need anything electronics except video games and I can do that online. We got all the big ticket stuff a few years ago.We may get my youngest a new computer but if we do I dont think I will do a deal buster I will just get it through Dell.

My suggestion if you want a door buster item then camp out. Even with camping out you wont be guaranteed a door buster item. I camped out one year for a lap top and some guy was holding a place for 15 of his friends but didn't let anyone know to right before the guys came with the tickets. I was to far back to do anything that year and the people in front of me where not veteran black Friday shoppers. I even got there at 1 am on Black Friday which normally would have been plenty of time but that was the year of Katrina and we were close to New Orleans and a lot of people were shopping there that year and after that the economy has been in the toliet and the crowds have been big ever since. 2005 the last black Friday I got there that late. Because I never got my laptop that year. If I want a TV , Computer, an awesome deal on a monitor or any other high ticket item I get there Thanksgiving morning 1 am a whole 24 hours prior and I have never missed a door buster again. It is fun and now all us veteran BF shoppers are doing it. Last year I couldn't shop due to surgery but I got my GPS system I wanted online. I also need to point out I live south so the weather is not as cold here. The lowest I have seen it since I started Black Friday shopping was 41 but when your standing out for hours on end 41 is cold. We had a tent though and toe warmers( I highly suggest them for everyone even if your only out there for a few hours) We make friends with the people around us and keep track of any new people who try to invade us. We know if the person in front of us is having friends coming and tell them its fine as long as they are gone by 3 am Black Friday morning.The only time its ok if someone comes in line if they were there when we got there and we know how many ticket items they want and they have people trading off. That is fine with me but they can not get any other ticket items over that amount or those are fighting words LOL . Anyone try to cut in line around our group the cops will be called and have been called. I am not going to sit there for 28 plus hours for someone to cut in line. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN on my watch. Don't know if I will be camping out this year or not. Depends on the deals and what I need and if we are at my Moms house this year or not.If we are I know we will probably go its a tradition with DH and I but if I am home I don't know if I will go to Best buy or not I am not use to going to this Best Buy.
