I was just at my Target in Spartanburg SC ad everything is still ringing up at 75% -
At my stores in SC they have a ton of makeup 50 & 75% off. What makes this even better is that the Revlon sale that ends today (buy Colorstay Lip color get 4 ECB) applies to the clearance! I paid $2.49 for one and got 4 ecb! YMMV of course.
