  1. Photo #1: caption goes here I'm sure their were disney videos on sale Photo #2: caption goes here Time for a selfish with my Black Friday haul. Photo #3: caption goes here Our you guys sure Deer Hunter Sim is on sale.
  2. This is the first year where my little guy has a huge interest in particular video games. I could have sworn in years past, Target and GameStop both did similar buy 2 get 1 free sales towards the end of October. Anyone seen or have dates on that sale and recall if the switch games are ever included?
  3. Pretty good offering by BJS, they have always seemed to fall short in the past but I'm interested a couple things for sure.
  4. Not impressed with all the mail in rebates. Prices look good but I don't want the back end work or hassle.
  5. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B071D4KB28/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A2CXJI7OIKORUG&psc=1 Saw this in the Online Hot Deals the other day for $19,now $23 but still a great price for the 400ml essential oils infuser. My wife has been dropping hints about this for weeks now.
  6. Appreciate the time and effort.. I was just looking at the old data earlier to see what the next ad or who the next ad might be from and when... (other than Half Price Books) Kind of itching for the deals this year.
  7. Hoping for a Straight Talk deal, got the Samsung Galaxy Prime a few years ago on Black Friday for $49, was priced at $199 pre black Friday and ST did the $99 I phone last year. Hoping for a return to Samsung, maybe the 6 for $99, I could live with that.
  8. Excited to see a ad so early for a store I like but very unimpressed or underwhelmed. Some of their regular sale ads have more interesting deals. Hopefully a insert or something missing here.
  9. Put me down for wanting to shop on Thanksgiving, we have always done a late lunch meal with the majority of eating and deserts out of the way by 3pm or 4pm. We get to our local Walmart about 430,get everything we need or in a que line, out of the store by 730 or 8pm and in bed around 1030 and no need to get up on Friday until 7am. No more 3am alarms,no more standing in line in the freezing cold and no more bum rushing the entrance and having it be frantic race to get your item.
  10. Seen the kids pj's for $4.75 but no toddler stuff yet for $4.75.
  11. Sadly not or at least not for me to make the connection to the very small amount of toys in the ad. I wonder if it wasn't from years past. All of the labeling was day1,day 2, Day 3 and I don't see where there are separate sales this year. Oh well it was nice to speculate until the ad came out.
  12. Is it me or is this really similar to last year's ad? I see quite a few of the things we bought last year. The kids pj's are a good deal and something I was expecting to see. No $99 32 in hdtv? Feeling very underwhelmed at this point with the ads as a whole.
  13. "all that means is we don't want you climbing to reach a product on that shelf and to ask for assistance getting it down ,it is actually just overstock that doesn't fit on the shelf at that time." Yeah,I get that. At my Walmart the signage on that top shelf that says ask associate for assistance has been covered up and is now labeled Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 and these areas seem to have certain toys above them in each section. It was just intereting, may be irrelevant.
  14. Just curious if anyone in the know is familiar with the top shelf at Walmart? In particular the labeling change. It used to indicate something along the line "ask for assistance for items ". But now the labeling has changed to Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 and the items vary in these day sections. Not sure if stumbled upon a hint to toys that may be on sale or just over active imagination in anticipation of the ad.
  15. Ugh... I don't know,as a long time black Friday shopper, last night was one of the worst I have seen at my Walmart. It was over packed, too many people, the lack of available parking was shocking. I guess I underestimated the time needed to be there. Walmart is single handedly re writing the rule book for black friday.
  16. Sounds like an attempt to appease the people who have complained about missing out on other deals because they are stuck sitting in a line for 4 hours. This will be interesting with wrist bands as you could manage to get several big ticket items if you so desired.
  17. Got back from Walmart in Buffalo,NY around 4pm,a lot of people just walking around and a lot of pallets out for the midnight deals, but no ballons to mark the big ticket items and no actual formed lines. Seems like it would be very easy to go in at any time and stock up on most of the 12:01 deals and just hold them in your cart,no one is really watching any of pallets including the videos and games and get what you need with out a real hassel.
  18. I'm wondering the same thing.. And the bigger question, how many will they have because I was pretty disappointed with the Saturday sale,my WM only had a handful of each of the TVs on sale,no where near enough for all the people that were there in line. I like the deal though and seems quite a few other people do as well.
  19. Went last year for the $198 lap top,got there at 3am and the last ticket for that lap top was handed out at 2:30 and there was about 40 people in line. We ended up settling for the HP which still had about 15 tickets left.
  20. really good deal, been looking for something like this for my neice and nephew...picked up 2.
  21. ohhhh..you had me scared there, never got a confirmation about my order being shipped but I just checked their website and my order is in transit. Did you attempt to contact them and complain? It's not like they don't have a record of your order and I don't know about the rest of you but I didn't see anything that said.."while supplies last"..
  22. We went to Walmart at about 2:45am,they had handed the last ticket out for the $198 lap top at 2am,so we went to the $298 HP laptop line and got a ticket,we were like 32 and I think they had a total of 45. But it was a good experience, seemed very organized, lines were set up to snake though useless isles so they were not i nthe way,had the big yellow mylar ballons,as stated on here, so you knew where the big ticket items were, plenty of people to ask where items were,no waiting in the cold. All of the non big ticket items were out and you could grab them if you were not tied down to a line. The only thing I don't like about it is that it appears there will be no more get up at 3 or 4 am and rush the doors and run to the items you want,it will be a matter of who doesn't need sleep and is willing to camp out in a isle at Walmart as early as midnight to get what you want.
  23. Walmart in western new york has lowered the price of their Turkey's to compete with Tops and Wegmans, dropped it to 29 cents a pound,no qualifying purchase like the other two stores require. Picked up a 18lb Turkey for the local food bank last night for $5.30.
