  1. I've never ever been lucky enough to find the MM packs at my Target
  2. The only place that I know of around here to get pics with Santa is the mall. I don't have to make the choice about buying them, because neither DD6 or DS3 will go near Santa. Last year DS3 walked through the line and then yelled at him from about 15 feet away what he wanted, but refused to sit on his lap.
  3. In my family, I'm the youngest of 8 and I have a huge extended family. Not all of us make it home every Christmas, but most of us do. I love to be with all of my family and the craziness of all the kids running around excited about what they got from Santa. Our tradition is to get up the next morning, pack the new toys in the van and drive to Pigeon Forge TN to a cabin that we have rented. It is a beautiful part of the country and we get to spend quality time with the kids.
  4. I try to have it up so I can turn it all on the weekend after Thanksgiving.
  5. Santa wraps DD and DS presents in their own paper. They have no name tags, so they have to figure it out.
  6. This Christmas DS will be 4 and DD will be 7. They both believe. I almost blew it last year with DD. I left the boxes to the "big items" in the basement and she found them. We are big on setting our recycling out every week, so she assumed that Santa had left it for us to give to the recycling man. Got to be more careful this year!
  7. Same here. I wasted my time yesterday evening looking at everything, had a huge cart full and then when I went to checkout, I wiped out everything and told me that it was no longer available. But when I look this morning, I am able to add the same items back into my cart????
  8. Red dot dollar spot 75% here also. They had lots of stuff too, lots of Bratz items like socks, picture frames, pads of paper. Not much left in school supplies, but the signs said 30% off. I scanned a few things and they were ringing up at least 50% if not more.
  9. Light up angle on one tree, big silver/blue star on the other
  10. Yes, it's a closeout store. Here a link to their website. http://www.tuesdaymorning.com/
  11. Oh please do! I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to drive all the way to St Louis on Saturday.
  12. FINALLY we're at 75% in Missouri. My Target had some stuff, but was pretty picked over. I did get: Polly Pockets individual dolls $1.24 Diego talking radio $2.48 Vsmile Pocket carrying case $3.48 Aquadoodle mat $4.98 Plus lots of other stuff that's already been mentioned. They had lots of Power Ranger and POC dress up stuff.
  13. Congratulations to everyone and thanks for all the great posts!
  14. Bulk items were still 15% off. New toys had been clearanced and were at 30%. The others had been moved to 50%. There were still LOTS of bare shelves and they had not consolidated the clearance to one aisle as others have reported. Wonder if this means our markdown is NOT this week???
  15. I finally had a chance to get to Target tonight for the first time all week. The toy dept looked pathetic. It was bare! I asked one of the employees why it looked that way and she said they were waiting on their Christmas reset merchandise but would not elaborate any further. There isn't going to be anything left to go to 75% in our toy section!! I also saw the booster seat that someone got for $4.XX. There was only one and it scanned at $13.XX. So I put it back on the shelf. The only thing I bought was sugar free jello for $0.15/box and a gallon of milk. For some reason, the milk is cheaper at Target than at our Wal-Mart or local grocery stores.
  16. We also had a problem with them raising their prices all the time. Recently our cable and internet went up to over $100. So we called them and got their cable/internet/phone bundle for right around $100 a month. The phone gets installed tomorrow so I just hope that we don't have any problems with it.
  17. Just ordered one, my DD will love this! Thanks for the post.
  18. I was checking out at Target this weekend (with no good deals, just necessities) and the lady in front of me had a Graco Travel System and a Graco Pack n Play. I could see the red stickers and she told me they were marked down 30%. And I had no good deals in my cart because our toys are STILL at 30%.
  19. I did see them at a Target in St Louis today for $39.98. So they are now 50% some places. Found my other receipt in case they go any lower! I noticed the regular V-Smile systems were also 50%. I hope they aren't going to stop making the games for these. My kids were just old enough to get one for Christmas and they LOVE it.
  20. Off topic - Found the V-Smile Pocket clearanced for $40 at KMart this week. For Target, does anyone happen to know the approximate time frame that they keep furniture at full price before bringing in a new line? I saw a new bookcase that I have to have, but wasn't sure when to expect it to be clearanced. TIA
  21. You must be around Springfield? I'm on the other side in Cape Girardeau. But I went to several Targets in St. Louis, the one in Fenton had the baseball clearance.
  22. Went Target hopping yesterday. They had all of the kids baseball pants, socks, cleats, etc at least 50% off at every store. Each store was overstocked on girls clothing clearance. There were several different shirts for $1.48 and matching shorts for $2.98. I also got cargo capris for $4 (regular $16). They had tons of infant/toddler shorts and shirts on endcaps for $1-$2, very cute also.
  23. Our Hancock Fabrics carries scrapbooking supplies. I guess they don't sell much because it will go on clearance quickly and it's usually pretty cheap and different than Hobby Lobby. I also use Ebay. I have been able to find sellers who will deeply discount the shipping prices the more that you buy.
