I give up!

I haven't had the greatest track record with Dell's customer support. I don't want to wait until 1:00 either though.

Well great. I could not get it in my cart, so now I have to wait another 38 minutes.

Now it seems like the laptop is gone....I don't see it anymore.

Same problem.
