A related story. When we went to purchase curtains at jcpenney for our new home, we needed 10 curtains. So we went to the store and decided that the 20% off deal they had going was the best we were going to get. When we got to the store, the lady there was very helpful and at the checkout said that we qualified for a high volume discount ... then later said we also qualified for a 30% discount instead of the 20% ... so in the end, we saved nearly 60% on the curtains and paid no shipping. We were thrilled. These more experienced employees that know the codes and search for them for you are unbelievable. I only wish we had written down her name, as she earned our loyalty for the next purchase.
