I know this may sound a little (or a lot) crazy, but we have about 10 of these around the house. We absolutely love them. Each of our kids have one in their beds because we got sick of changing batteries everytime they accidentally left a traditional flashlight on overnight. Good to keep one in the car too! That being said, they're not quite as bright regular D-cell flashlights, but they do work very well and last a long a time. You can pick them up at hardware stores or Wal-mart type's for about $5 on sale. I wouldn't pay the shipping for this deal.

be warned about Office Depot rebates. I'm still waiting on $150 from a computer I bought a year ago. I made copies of everything I sent in, but they said they never got the UPC. I sent them the copy of the UPC and they said they only take original (no copies) of the UPC. The buttheads lost my original UPC, so they left me high and dry.
