About the same as I do every year. I have three kids DD8, DS5 and I have an infant and this will be his first Christmas.
I'm not getting my DD a lot of toys this year because she never plays with them. Instead she will be getting lots of clothes, shoes, earrings, a jewlery box, a couple of DS games, the only toys she will be getting is Littlest Pet Shop because she actually plays with those, and lots of books.
Not sure about the boys yet but they both will be getting clothes, shoes, books, and toys.
And they are all getting a new pair of PJ's to open up on Christmas Eve so they can wear them that night.

I get netflix so I'm getting a lot of Christmas through them. We will start watching Christmas movies this weekend. Can't wait!!!!

This BF I plan on going to Walgreens, CVS, TRU, Jc Penney, Wal Mart, Target, Kohls, and Sears. Of course this could change once I see the ads. :)

I can't wait to see all of the 100 toys they have for $10. Hopefully they'll have a lot that my kids want.

It doesn't come out until 9/29. Will the stores have them that date or just on-line. I am planning on going to Wal-Mart when they open at 6 am to get it but I don't want to waste my time if they won't have them out yet.

The Wal-Mart where I live as started to put up a lot more toys and board games.

Does anyone know if you'll be able to use this with a netbook (I know you can't do everything with a netbook). My DD-8 would love this doll and I'm getting her a netbook for Christmas.

I like the gift card idea. I'm going to start that this year. For BF next year I will start saving gift cards this December. Can't believe I never thought about that. Also, I'm going to start saving my change and putting some "extra" money away hidden. Lots of great ideas on here.

It's fun. I like being out in all the madness. Any other day is just shopping. BF is totally different. I love it.

For me I buy spiral bound index cards. I have one for each store I take the sales ad and cut out what I am interested in and glue them to the index cards. Then I go to each store with the appropriate index card pack..No more fighting with those pesky paper ads. I just flip thru my cards.
I also take a big purse so I can put bottle water, snacks and hand warmers in it!!
Wow this is a great idea! I'm going to do that this year. So much easier than taking the ads into the store.
