Does anyone know what happened about the Shutterfly items that were purchased at Goodwill? Did they work?

omg i went to my Target and the manager wouldnt do it...said it was "getting money for free" and the other manager that came up with him said to me that if they marked it half off then it would only be worth half off at Shutterfly!!!!!!!
:mad::mad:I added the GC today to my shutterfly acct, and they show up at the full $20. That stinks that they didn't give it to you. I looked for them at a different Target today, but they didn't have any left. The lady resetting the Valentine isle said that they were all gone the day after Valentine's Day.

I was able to get the Shutterfly $20 gift card today for 50% off! It was by the Valentine's stuff. It has hearts all over it. It rung up at $20, but I told the cashier where it was. She asked a manager who gave it the go ahead to mark it down to $10! Yeah!

My store had the shutterfly items in the electronics section yesterday. They had the Sesame Street ones and I believe some keychains... I have never used these before, but I see a lot of people posting things about them. What exactly is it?!
They sell books, 8X8 or 8X11, that in my opinion make scrapbooking easy. All you do is apply your own pictures to their pages and write, if you want to, something about the pictures. It is sent to you like your own book. I am currently making one about my parents who are deceased for my kids to remember them.
They also have keychains or mugs that you can put your own pictures on. My sister did the mugs for her kids. It's so cute because they all have their favorite pictures on them.

I got an awesome deal today on a Britax car seat. It was a return from online. I saw it last week and it was marked 209.99 so I went today to see if it had been marked down more, but it wasn't so I tracked down a target employee who got the head of the markdown team and she presses a few buttons and was like how about 146.99. Umm yeah needless to say for that price I could not pass on it considering it's a $300 car seat

I got 3 baseball gloves with baseballs for $3.24 each.
Were they "character" bats with balls? I saw some Diego ones in a ladies cart. She looked like she stocked up on them.

I think someone posted about what happened in Tinley Park already. But I'm telling ya'll theres nothing like fate. Hubby and I took our 2 kids up there with the intentions of hitting the Orland Park, Tinley, Matteson Targets. I askd hubby what was up when he passed the exit for Tinley. We LOVE the Tinley one and always look forward to it. He said that he thought maybe we outta go to Orland frst,this was after Isaid I wanted to remind him to look for the step 2 wagon and I wanted to go to Lane Bryant. This was at 10:05
We do our shopping found some goodies, an I went potty. I came out and hubby said theres been a shooting. I was beyond confused. He tells me Lane Bryant. We head out to Tinley and theres 5 helicopters and police lines and what not. TONS of news crews.
Come to find out,5 women were victims of a botchd robbery. Bound , gagged and shot executio style.
I immediately freaked as I have a good friend whom works there.
Turns out she's ok.
The thing is, I dont believe it for a robbery. Lane Bryant robbed??? On a sat? Early in h morning?
Oh my gosh! Thank God that you and your family are all OK.
A friend of the family lives about 3 blocks from there, and said that the police were checking homes and garages for the suspect. Soo scary! I usually shop with my kids....we could have been in anyone of those stores. It seems like all these shootings are becoming a trend.

Wow that is terrible and I live like 20 minutes from there and sometimes go to that Target. I didn't watch the news today so this is the first I heard of it. That is scary and sad:(

I have an issue with the Shutterfly from Target that I bought at Goodwill - codes are not activated!!!!!! So far I have only tried one - any one have an idea what I should do? I spent over $40 on these!!!! Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
So weird that you said that! My sister was just wondering the same thing! I would try calling Shutterfly. I had a problem from 1 of the books I bought at Target. The cashier somehow rung up 2 of the books, but only scanned 1 box. Shutterfly was able to help. Otherwise, did Goodwill scan the code on the back of the boxes? Good Luck!

Picked up another 300 ounce Tide for $10. Now, my 3 little girls can get as dirty as they want. I think I found about 4 of those big boys this week, so I'm set on detergent for awhile!
What do the Tide bottles look like? How do you know that they are the ones marked down?

I thought that it was like a "Kids special" or something. The cashier said that it was just a popcorn/drink combo. She knew exactly what I was talking about.

My sister & I were able to get about 10 of the Shutterfly GC the other day. The manager did not want to give them to us for 75% off, until I physically took him to where they were. (right under the sign) He said that he had to honor the 75% because it was there mistake. I also think what really helped was the fact that they were not Target GC's. Once I explained that they had to be used online at Shutterfly, he felt that it was considered as a seasonal product. :)
