I would try to return it saying it was a gift and whoever didnt like it and you will get a store credit for the lowest it has sold for or you can exchange it for a different color.

I just ordered two from what I have been able to find for the Wii controllers run around $25 a piece so I think this is a great deal. I have not tried them but I know Dell will take them back if I dont like them and for the price it is definetly worth the try.

I have this item and LOVE it! I use it on carpet stains before I clean them up and I use it on our tile shower and floors. It really gets the dirt out. I think I bought mine at the local grovery store Krogers for around 10 or 15 dollars.

ME TOO! Not worth the time involved; I just emailed customer service to see if my order went through since I hit the button about 10 times and then sat on hold for cust service for 25 minutes and was tired of waiting so I hung up..... Guess I will wait and see!

Another company I wrote to today was SAMSUNG; I bought a 50" plasma TV and have had to call 4 times because of problems with my cable company who is horrible and they picked up on the first ring all 4 times and helped me fix the problem every time. I am so glad that I bought this brand. I will definetly buy thier products from now on. I hate calling a company and being put on hold forever or being sent oversees where I cant understand the person.

Just got home from Circuit City and decided to buy the 50" Samsung that they advertise on the Friday 5-12 special for 1799.99 because they said that as long as I come before noon on Friday they will refund the difference back to me from what I paid tonight! And they gave me free delivery. Guess I will sleep in Friday now..........:)
