They had 39 in stock when I was on the phone with them- the website says out of stock but says to call to place order. That was not the issue the issue is the coupon codes listed are no longer any good...

THe coupon code are definetly dead, I called customer service and talked to three different reps and one supervisor, I couldnt get any of them to honor the coupon codes.....

Hey Dutchess, thanks for posting I had the same problems and sat on hold for customer service for 45 minutes, finally got my order to go thru online (hopefully) I still havent gotten a confirmation order # it just says pending in my order history with no order number...stay on hold for customer service and make them honor it.

I was putting it in as one word.........FINALLY after 45 minutes got it to go thru! I hope this site is just bombarded with gottadealers because I was not happy with it taking so long to just order (1) item!! I would show I had (1) item in my cart and then next thing it would show nothing and it took forever for me to be able to check out!!! I hope it was just my experience. Did "save" $15.00 on the order...

I bought one 3 years ago and LOVE IT! That is a GREAT price and you will not be sorry. I love their 800 number I have had to call several times for help with surround sound and my cable with the TV and they have always been very helpful (no fault of the tv, I am not very technical!) , in fact the last time I called the extended my warranty for an additional 6 months for no additional charge....I will always purchase this brand from here on out. Great Product and wonderful customer service.
