I ordered $150 worth of merch from Kmart.com on 11/25. The order confirmation said it would be delivered between 11/27-12/1 which is great. The email confirmation said delivery date 12/1- again fine. As of today (12/2) I hadn't received anything so I called them. First operator told me he would call UPS and check my tracking numbers, but then I got routed to Sears and disconnected. 2nd operator couldn't handle the fact that I was upset so he HUNG UP on me. 3rd operator told me my items haven't even left the warehouse and the dates on my confirmations mean nothing. They can't even give me an estimate of when my order will leave the warehouse. Basically if I want to know where my $150 of merch is, I have to call everyday and ask. Then she told me I was just angry and wanted to argue so there was nothing more she could do. GRRRR!
Anybody else have any problems with Kmart.com?? Better yet, anybody have any advice???
