squeeze his belly area and you should feel something in there(battery compartment). Along the left side there is a velcro peice and inside that is the battery compartment. You need to get in there and move the switch to on. :)

Sorry to bump this up with my question. I wasn't sure where to ask it. I received my Hal & Holly today, but can't figure out how to work the jingle bell rock sound? I have squeezed this moose all over, and all I feel is the battery pack for his antler lights. Where do they normally put the sound? I hope they didn't forget it

I tried to duplicate this order as well, and I am guessing it's something they fixed. These bears used to be $18 each, the special was you could get them both for $24 ($12 each) but now they have changed the reg. price to $12 each, therefore they no longer need to deduct the 12.00 to make it equal $24 So here is the old special: Hal moose $18.00 Holly Moose $18.00 Total $36.00 Discount for buying both - 12.00 New Total $24.00 New Special: Hal Moose $12.00 Holly Moose $12.00 Total $24.00 No need for the system to automatically deduct the $12, but apparently they didn't catch it right away. Does this make sense? Harder to type it out than just explaining it.

I have a Hello Kitty one I got for my girls, and there was a little piece of paper in the bottom of the unit that stated not to turn it up too high. The mist should be going up into the air but not falling back down around the unit. You don't want to turn it up too high having more water going up into the air than what can be absorbed. We have ours set fairly low and it's made a big difference in my daughters room. These are really nice humidifiers! I wish they had more to choose from at this price.

My local TRU has this upright one clearanced for 19.99, they also have the actual grand paino, which is wood, for 49.99. Might want to check your stores, would be nice to use the $5 coupon with.
