My husband worked for a couple of hours to get the highest resolution promised, but had no luck. I guess there are others out there also. My brother went to Dell who manufactures our computer and downloaded their old driver and finally we have the 1680x1050 resolution we're supposed to have. If you ask me though it looks fuzzier than before he got the better resolution to work. Any ideas out there for those who may have had this problem, but got it to work?
