Hi all. Its been a while since Ive been around, I just wanted to first say that I like the new website design, so good job there! Now the deal Im looking for is for a 32" LCD TV In particular I want to get the Westinghouse LTV-32W1 32" LCD TV. I am pretty much stuck with it becuase it doesnt have side speakers and therefore will fit in the entertainment center I have for it. The Olevia 32" would be my other choice, but its too wide with the speakers on the sides. Anyway, Im looking to get this for around $1300 shipped. I found a couple places that had such a price but they were sold out. Best Buy was actually the closest but it was still over $1400 since I have to pay $100+ in taxes. Does anyone know of any coupons or just sale prices arouns the web for a deal on this tv? thanks alot!

yeah im definitely sticking around for the long haul, but like many others, im broke lol, so itll be some time before i go hunting for more deals. ill be sure to help out when i can though ^^. i have to thank all the mods and admins here, its not a usual occurance to find such nice and helpful people on a forum like this. keep up the good work.

I got most of what I wanted. i was lucky enough to get 2 vouchers at compusa so I got 2 of the 60gb hard drives for $30 bucks out the door, that was my biggest deal. also got a 200gb hd for $50 over at officemax as well as the $40 dvd burner. this year seemd to be all about hard drive deals lol, which im happy about. im also happy i didnt need a laptop lol. i also racked upa alot of blank media. got the 100 dvd-r discs from compusa for $20 out the door and 6 30pack Memorex for $20 out the door. I was really going after all the instant savings items at compusa, so i did all i could there lol.

Well this was my first BF trip as well and I have to say it went smoothly, but next time im getitng more people to go with me lol. I had palnned out that I would wait at CompUSA for it to open then run over to office max before it opened an hour later at 7, boy was i wrong. I got at CompUSA at 4:15am and was third in line. things started to really pick up around 5 when the line stretched to nearly 70 people. But it could have been alot worse. Luckily Bestbuy is really close the compusa here, so alot of people went to BB instead of compusa, i heard there was a line of about 300 people by 5:30 lol, i feel sorry for them since it was so cold. Anyway, they handed out vouchers for the laptops, which i wasnt after, and the 60gb hard drives for $30 which i wanted lots of lol. i got in, got my hard drives, blank dvds and a bunch of blank cd-rs then waited in line for 30 minutes wihtout much trouble. everyone was nice enough about things, not much pushing or shoving that I saw, but before the doors opened, there was some poepel trying to inch up in line lol, but I was firm in my place! lol. I wasnt able to make it over to office max till 7:30 and it was a zoo, lines for check out were back into the store. Luckily, they were keeping most of the stuff I wanted behind the cutomer service counter, so I went up and got one fo the 200gb hard drives for $50, the 16x dvd burner for $40, and the 100 cd-rs for $0 lol It took another 45 minutes to wait in line though. They didnt have the Wireless G router I wanted, but to my suprise, Officemax gave me a rain check for it at the same price, so I was happy with that. Plus, I have to say the people at officemax were very nice and helpful. All in all, Im happy with what i got, i got almost everyhting I wanted. It took alot longer then i thought it would, so next year ill change my planning some, especially to rope in helpers lol. I wanted to hit staples, but there just wasnt time, so i did miss out on some of the things there.

i got home around 11:30am after being out at compusa since 3 am then to office max and stapels. i crashed for like 8 hours lol. when i woke up it was liek christmas, since alot of the stuff was for myself lol.

best buy, target and walmart dont work for me

now are all the links for online deals suppose to be active now? alot of them that i tried all came up as not avialable, the page couldnt be displayed. will the links work only when the sale is suppose to start?
