  1. We picked up both as our free accessory. I thought they were both underwear, but one was socks, and one underwear.
  2. Saw something on the back end of a toy aisle. It was a huggable picture frame? It was 14 something. Looked kind of neat, but would like some feedback if anyone had one. they had a dog, cow, bear..and a digital picture frame in the belly.
  3. DYK....where the savings are DYK....I do! Gottadeal.com!
  4. Needa Deal? Wanna Deal? Gotta Deal! I came I saw I gottadeal I saved money on my shopping...with gottadeal.com (insert annoying gecko here!)
  5. Honestly it all depends on the company. I would tell you my premium if I knew! Being that we are partners with Space Walk, they carry our insurance for us. So we don't have a clue, we give a percentage to them to cover that. You could very possibly pay $5000 for one inflatable and have a limit of 3-4 for the same premium, or you could pay 2000, per inflatable. It is really just the company that dictates it. I wish I could be more help in that area, but I just know from when I was price checking 3 years ago. Also, you have some companies that will start you out high, and then you can drop some for "good driving" so to speak.
  6. Went back again yesterday to another L2. Out of this world! My girls are set for awhile! I did better here than I did with Old Navy. I spent 60 last night and came home with another 2 bags of clothes worth 550! DD9 is so excited, she has her "girl" clothes and still bought clothes that would be comfortable, and she looked so cute!
  7. We carry 2,000,000/1,000,000 for our insurance. It is definately a price checking thing. One company vs. another one. Some will give you a quote before you buy and others won't give you a quote until you actually have the inflatables. It depends on what your state requires also.
  8. DD9 and I added up everything...$845.00 we actually spent 137! WOW WHOOO HOO! Have to return one skirt...jease....guess that means I have to go back!!!!
  9. On my way in 1 hour! Going to the outlet tho...hoping that they have the sales too! DD9 missed school weds, so I made her go 1/2 day so it would count. they already have 10 out of class today for the flu.. no flu no flu...please no flu!
  10. We were thinking about going indoor, but don't know that there really is a market here for it. We do have a MonkeyJoe's opening soon. (sniff) But we do a lot with churches, schools, and festivals. It would do really well here in the winter though. The only real upside I see that I wouldn't have to set it up and take it down all day long! some of ours weigh over 600lbs! We often start at 6am in the morning at get home at 12am! Long weekends, sore backs, and cranky kids. The name recognition is a definate plus, but they also dictate what you can and can't do.
  11. My figures could be a little off, but I believe pump it up or Monkey Joes (another cool franchise) run somewhere in the $100,000+ for initial investment. (I think it's closer to the $200,000 mark) If you can find a decent location, and purchase your own, you should be able to get started for a good bit under that. I would target daycares, and home schoolers, play groups etc. at first. Birthday parties would be a good start too. we just had a couple move here from California and open thier own indoor facility www.bouncevilleusa.com I would also try to get inflatables that cater to all ages. The one that moved here isn't equipped to do that. (niether is the monkey joes franchise) they have age limits. A small gift shop with customized cups, t-shirts, socks (that would be cute!) Just some ideas...hope you don't mind!
  12. We run an inflatable (delivery) company. You can purchase an inflatable for about 1500 all the way to 5000. Depends on quality obviously. Becareful about the china inflatable's thier life expectancy is not so good. Cutting edge has some awesome inflatables. www.cuttingedgecreations.com A great place to look for information http://www.moonwalkforum.com they have tons of information, insurance, state regs., and someone is always around to offer info, or help. Thats how we got started. We belong to the Space Walk partnership http://www.herecomesfun.com And this is our local site http://www.wncbouncers.com It is a lot of fun! Not sure where your located or I could give you more info on your location. Some states require inspections, and most require a minimum of 1,000,000 liability ins. Depending on your inflatable choices your cost could be somewhere between 3000-15000 a year. If you have any questions, I will be happy to help, or find you the right answers!
  13. Oh i hope this is in store too!! I was so hoping for this sale, as tomorrow is "mommy-Maddie" day, we are going shopping for "girl" clothes! Doing the happy dance!!!!
  14. I was in the cereal aisle in the grocery store, and forgive me for forgetting which cereal it was. (it was a "healthy" one) I do know it was POST brand. But it has a coupon for $4 off HSM2.
  15. dollywood has a special at one point in the year, sorry i don't know when, be sure to sign up for thier emails tho. I remember they were ridiculously cheap. My girls love Dollywood.
  16. Our juniors department in overloaded with clearance year round. It's almost impossible to get around, and it is very hard to find anything "new" in stock. There are 4 sections to our juniors department, and I would say that 75% of it is always on markdown of some sort.
  17. that's why i went was for steve and barrys! Was hoping too for a piece of Sbarro but couldn't bring my self to pay more for lunch than I did for those dresses!
  18. At 1.-3 dollars a dress, i didn't try any one while i was there, i figured, owell, ebay it if it doesn't fit! Only one looks funny, and the one I paid .75 for has a broken zipper, but i can fix it. I may say to heck with the dress up clothes and get myself more!! i've been on the amazon thread stocking up for everyone else...It's my turn!!
  19. prom dresses, gowns, summer dresses mainly. Didn't look at other departments, wasn't supposed to be there in the first place!! going back tomorrow for more, figure at 1.50 avg for a $50-90 dress they would be great for a dress up box.
  20. I just got back from Dillards in the Juniors dress department there had to be 200 or more dresses that are already marked down 50-75% and then there were signs up for an addtl 90% off the lowest price! I bought 5 dresses for 6.36 (original value 295)
  21. Wow! TRU here was packed, but for the most part everyone seemed "normal" except DH who had his camera phone set to record just incase he was trampled (there were a lot of parking lot rushers!) He wanted to be able to take a picture if he needed police evidence! He was terrified, he'd never done BF before, or again! We were able to get everything we wanted (I wore my lucky socks, and t-shirt!) The guy in electronics was nice enough to honor my 10 off coupon on my games too! Got out under the $150 I promised DH, and saved $156! I'm sure somewhere in the mayhem there were people ready for a fight, but we didn't encounter any, thank goodness.
  22. Whoo Hoo! DH stayed up all night so we wouldn't oversleep! Wearing my lucky socks, my "cranky" t-shirt, and dragging a very terrified DH. 3 am --toys r us...about #15 in line 3 blastzooka guns 4 mp3 players 2 DS games 1 Wii Game Doll Doll Clothes Guitar (for guitar hero) While waiting in line I logged on to Walmart.com from my phone and got the DVD portable. (shipping was high but i got it!) Best Buy (in store) Dust Buster 4 Wii Games (they price matched Wal-mart, and Circuit City!) 3 Movies DS game Best Buy (online) Wii Game And interviewed on the News! Yesterday I scored a Wii Hubby is still terrified, and will probably never go again!!
