what irks me is...... jeez....even if I get in line at like midnight now, it still doesn't guarantee that I will get what I want. I don't like that the lines are forming earlier and earlier every year. I like to spend Thanksgiving with my family! Not sitting on cold concrete!
My biggest gripe is probably with Best Buy. They will have a great deal, advertise the hell out of it, put it on the front page of the BF ad and then have only 10 in stock on BF. Give the people what they want! At least carry a REASONABLE number of items that are door busters!
I also feel that there will be a lot more internet deals coming this year. But for some reason, if you are a true shopper, there is nothing like doing the hands on shopping on BF!

wow, I have been doing black friday for about 7 or 8 years now. I never really knew there were others like me out there! I mean, I would see you in the lines at 5am (a few years ago you didn't line up until then!) but I never knew that there was a community of us until I found gottadeal! I found this site last year via an internet search for bf info. I like the site so much that I visit year round, several times a week.

Hi everyone. My home was broken into and robbed back in May 2007. It was a terrible experience, but could have been a lot worse. Anyway I am absolutely shocked and disturbed by the way I have been treated by my own insurance company. They have been snotty, rude, demanding, and just plain old mean. Once the claim is settled and complete I definitely want to switch to a different company, but I have no idea how to research this type of purchase. The company I am with now is Ameriprise, which I got through Costco membership. Any advice anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

ok, why is it when I find a link here to get the target coupons, the link is asterisked out? I am going nuts trying to find the link to the target coupon "generator" that I keep seeing on the posts. If someone could give me a clue as to what to do to get all these great target coupons I would greatly appreciate it. I just got laid off and I really need to budget myself and every little bit counts!!! Thanks!

I purchased 2 gift certificates for the Buffet Dynasty restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We went there last Tuesday and when I went to use the certificate the manager there wanted me to write my full name and drivers license number on the certificate! I refused, because that opens me up to identy theft. No where on the terms and conditions does it mention anything about this. I had to argue with them for quite a while. Eventually they took the certificate, but gosh what a hassle! Not to mention a bit embarrassing.....

I went to CC and they were out of the laptop, but thay did order it for me at the advertized price and printed all the rebate stuff for me. It should be in at the store in a few days. Said I would have it before Saturday.
I went to 2 different CC stores today and both said they cannot special order this item, because it says "no rainchecks" in the ad. Where are you located??? Any help would be appreciated..thanks!

I just printed out my coupons using this link. The KEY is to have the most current edition of adobe acrobat! By the way, the Panasonic 42 Plasma HD is priced at circuit city website for a price of $1199, not $1299 as in the ad!!! I am trying to purchase on line AND use these coupons. Will keep you posted!!
