It's the final t-shirt contest of the year. We have to end them sooner to give the post office time to ship your shirt in time for Black Friday. The last movie contest was fun and got a lot of clever responses, so let's try something similar: To enter, post the title and artist of an existing song that could also be title of a Black Friday-themed song. Important: make sure your song has not already been posted in the thread or it will not count for the contest. Entries will be accepted until 7pm EST on Sunday, November 12th. At that point I'll randomly select 20 winners from all eligible entries and you will each win a Black Friday t-shirt! You can post more than one song in your post, but you only get one entry per member. Also try to keep all your songs in one single post. If you've already won a shirt, you can't win another but feel free to post a song anyway. What annoys you or drives you crazy about Black Friday? Could be something to do with shopping in stores or online. Vent away I'll start: online sales not starting when stores say they will

Seems like Kmart is just continuing that "Holiday Blowout" sale they started on 11/1 where pretty much the entire store is at least 10% off, and then they have a few pages of limited-time doorbusters to go along with that sale. So maybe this is it.

The Kmart ad is only the last 5 pages of the ad (48-44 going from the back cover). More cost-cutting from Sears/Kmart I guess. There could be another larger Kmart ad coming, but for now, this is all they have given us.

There’s been a lot of stores over the years that I posted ads for that I hadn’t heard of. Over time, most of those stores either go out of business or do well enough that they start expanding to my area.

I'd be shocked if we don't have the Sam's ad this week but they rarely repeat items in the 1-day and BF sales so I wouldn't worry about it being cheaper.

I’m pretty sure the broadcasts are archived, at least until BF, so if you miss a show you can always watch it on demand later.

Looks like they snuck in a new page in the ad after I posted it last night. The page shows up on Target's scan between page 7 and 8 (but has no page number on the bottom corners). I added it to the end of the scans on the site. I checked and they opened at 3pm last year.

If they are going to close and re-open, they really should have added a few deals starting Friday morning. Might get people to stop in twice that way. They could always add some later, but they won't be in the printed ad if they wait.
