Online layaway sounds nice and they're making it easier to find items in store. Sounds good to me. I've never had a bad BF experience at TRU though. They always have tons of employees throughout the store offering help and even though the line is a million miles long it moves at a steady pace. bribri25 Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 I think TRU does one of the best jobs for the sheer volume of shoppers they get per square footage. I've never set foot in a TRU that had tons of extra open space, or a 'Lawn and Garden' section to put hot items in. Every item is a hot item and there's nowhere to fit that many people in the stores. I imagine, however, that it may become a customer service nightmare with people trying to cancel orders and change things. I'm very interested to see how that plays out!
