Just picked up a pink one and a silver one for DD11 and DS13 (will be 14 in December). I think they are perfect for a 1st timer and kids. I also like that there are no batteries. It would have been nice to have the option of SD cards but for kids 2gb of memory is fine.

One Xmas gift down.
