I just saw this on Good Morning America segment........and am extremely interested in getting it.

 

Anyone see any special deals or promotions on the new wii sports game, Wii Sports Resort?

 

I see it is on Amazon for $46.99 and you get the special "add-on" Motionplus controller, of course the shipping is free....and you are guaranteed to get one if you pre-order (it comes out 7-26).

Anybody have any better deals?

 

I want to get this for my boys....not really ready to wait until BF, and then be disappointed if it doesn't go lower....or worse, there be a shortage...

I ordered a preorder for 7/26. It looks really neat and from what I understand, you can play it with any game for the added wrist sensation. I do have 4 sons, but I'll pick up the remotes one at a time the same way I did before. DS7 has a bday on 9/12, so if you don't play it before then, I'll post how we liked it.

Know what? I just went ahead and ordered it No one really had any info and I googled and looked about and it seemed Amazon's price was the very best. I just love Wii, I think as a family we have together played Wii Sports more than any other game we own in our home.

 

If Wii Sports Resort is even more fun, I know what we will be doing on all the rainy/snowy days to come.

I look forward to your review, chrisjuvers because although I am ordering it NOW, I may not give it to them for a few weeks....or longer, depends how they act and how much overtime DH gets......

As usual not 24 hours after I ordered it--there is a deal posted in OFFLINE DEALS today!!

 

BUT, it is at ToysRUS and you have to go to the store--plus it is $3 more --and you pay tax--so although you get a $20 giftcard, once you minus the $3 and the tax from it and consider that you have to stand in line on a Sunday.....I think I am ok with ordering it from Amazon

I am debating about this. I TRU is about 20 miles away and I'd have to sneak in there, kids free....ugg.

Oh really, I didn't see that--no I don't have any credit cards, I use debit card still I have a feeling my DH is gonna be grumpy about it because if I bought it in the store I could use a giftcard (which we buy at our grocery store to earn points for $ off a fuel...) *** siiigggghhhhhh ***

 

At times he really drives me nuts with those cards/fuelperks

Note: I just signed up and it was free, no CC. It allows you to print a temp card to use

didn`t need to sign for cc, it was to be a rewards member cost nothing. Got two games and 2-20.00 gift cards. No line it was great
