What are RR?

RR is short for register rewards. Walgreens will offer these register rewards if you buy a certain quantity or dollar amount of specified products (you can find them listed in the weekly circular). These register rewards can be used like cash on your next purchase. However, you have to be careful with register rewards. They usually expire 2 weeks from the issue date.

Things to Remember……

At most stores, you are only able to use one register reward coupon per transaction.

Another hang up with RR, is say you make a purchase, and use your RR to pay for the item(s), and the item(s) you purchase are part of a RR deal... your new RR will not print out.

Your pretax total must be more or equal to your RR amount in order for you to redeem RR.

RR count as manufacturer coupons as far as the register is concerned, and you are only allowed to use as many man. Q's as you have items. However, you can use a man. Q, store Q, and pay with a register reward - just make sure you have a filler item. Recently it has been noted that if you use your RR first, you don't need a filler item....YMMV.

If you don't get your RR, contact the Catalina company...

What is the Easy Saver Catalog?
The Easy Saver Catalog lists all the monthly Walgreens deals with coupons and rebate information for the products listed in the catalog. This catalog is available in the front of the store by the weekly sales ads or can be found on-line.

You can mail your rebates in or use the newly available on-line system here:

They also have a $10 ESR when you spend $20 on bioINFUSION shampoo (which is on sale this week, I couldn't find coupons for it though) and a $10 ESR when you spend $20 on any Garnier products (and there are coupons for Garnier products) the Physicians Formula Organic Makeup and Garnier products are not on sale this week so it might be better to wait until later in the month to pick those up.

There are quite a few rr deals that are advertised in the stores but not in the ad yet. The reach mentioned above was one of them. Another is buy an edge or skintimate shaving cream ( there are new styles) and get a $3 rr. The new styles are 2.99. I bought two reach floss using 2 $1 coupons I had and got a 2.50 rr. Then I used that for edge and got a $3 rr and then used that rr to get the chapstick and a filler and got a 2 rr back

you can still buy some of the old style men's edge and women's skintimate (which sometimes means you get more product) and it produces the $3 RR. I bought the orange/black sensitive edge and it worked. PLUS, it's on clearance at some stores for $2.39 instead of the $2.99 price so... OVERAGE :D

no longer working on the old style edge or skintimate

yes, you're right on many old style skintimate and edge. certain ones however do work still

try these: (confirmed working as of today on another site)

skintimate strawberry tangerine twist 18 oz (upc 046500167997) $2.99
skintimate lotionized skin therapy vitamin e dry skin (upc 046500025341) $2.49 - $2.99
edge with cooling conditioners: sensitive skin with aloe (upc 046500020322) $2.99

I think ymmv because one of my 2 stores nearby always has the clearance items a full 2 weeks priced before the other one.

good luck :D

Is anyone else having trouble printing the Coke rewards $1 coupon? I just went in to get one. It gives me the page with the link to the coupon as usual but when I try to print the coupon, I get a page that says, "there are no prints available for this campaign. You may close this window." It did deduct the points from my account. I hesitate to go in and try to get another as I do not want to burn up my points for nothing.

beware doing the reach and visine deals in the same transaction especially if you are using the reach $3/3 or $2/3 manQ they are preventing the visine RR from printing.

Their candy will be the same price Saturday night as it is today, it won't go on clearance until the day after easter and not really good clearance (75% off) for a few days after that.
